The absolute WORST Company Ive done business with in a while. Too bad they hold a monopoly on graduation related items--their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired! So I ordered a ring (or attempted to) for my daughters graduation 6 months before her graduation date, after spending over $1300 on graduation items (cap, gown, announcements, tassel, jacket, 2 class rings, etc, etc,etc,etc). This website said I had to pay over 2 million dollars in taxes for the ring (see photo below). After months of back and forth with absolutely no consideration for the inconvenience and time spent with these yahoos, I get a TEXT a couple days ago that I have to drive 100 miles to pick up the ring! Why on Earth wouldnt they offer shipping on this item? Every single person we have dealt with at this business has been condescending, rude and completely inept. You can bet we will be posting this review everywhere we possibly can to get the word out, as well as informing the school they should be finding a better provider than these folks. They cant be the only ones in this business, can they??? For some reason, I am unable to post the photo of the total in my cart: $21,081,287.00. First and last experience with this company. It sucks hard that this is the only company that we can deal with for graduation needs. I wrote a letter to the school with proof so hopefully they can choose another company to deal with for future grads. So they want you to deal with their website only which was down for three days. Once I was able to finally place an order the website crashed two more times having to redo the order three times. Once the order was place and deposit was placed I did not get a receipt emailed to as promised. Once I paid the balance (this time I did get a receipt from the third party billing company) over two weeks passed without receiving anything that was ordered. Then yesterday I received another email with an invoice attached saying I still owed my balance which was paid over two weeks ago. Emailed my third party receipt to them with an automatic response for payment. Try to call the company and of course their business ours are my working hours so now I will need to take time from my work to deal with people who cannot complete their job duties properly. We need to have choices of who we want to deal with for graduation needs.

Very friendly staff; they took the time to physically check their stock on an item for me and my daughter loves her class ring! Thank you So Cal Grad.
