Hi my name is AP. I took the program of Phlebotomy, the professor was amazing and great. always very helpful. everyone its amazing professors students and office staff.the only concern that I have was getting in touch with Hana Matar externship Coordinator, for my externship I had send couple of email with personal information that she requested., But then I never heard from Hana Matar again. I call U.S. Colleges office to see what was going on and I was told that Hana Matar was no longer working there. it would be very much appreciated if someone would take the time of calling or email the students in regards Hana Matar externship coordinator specially if Hana Matar was working in getting us ready for our externship. I lost a week of work because I requested PTO just waiting Hana to call back. not very professional at all.

The staff is awesome specially Mona, Marcela and Rosa . The time frame and cost is upfront. They will help you in every single step of the way. Taking the class and getting my license/certificate for phlebotomy was a breeze. They offer flexible times for the externship/internship. I worked fulltime/40 hours Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5 PM and was able to complete the class without any difficulty.

I applied at this college a year ago and from the beginning of school you could tell that the teacher is not professional and overall the quality of education was down so I quit after a week, since I tried to contact admission for my situation and my deposite many many times but the answered I got was being yelled at in a very rude matter, they even hanged up on me and never got an answer. It was a bad experience I had and will never go back again.

Called to ask about available summer courses (if any is scheduled at this time), as Im trying to book a vacation for May of next year and didnt want to miss the June course if any (as tickets prices go up, wanted to book early) , the lady (Mona) on the phone was the rudest Ive ever dealt with, started technically yelling at me for why I wasnt inquiring about the September course and wouldnt even let me finish my question about the summer Im trying to inquire about! Rude with an attitude. They put a representative thats Angry and a Crazy person to deal with potential customers for their business/school!

Hi My name is Gigi ,,ia am from Egypt and i just come to the united states since 4 months only so i first fell strange but once i Join the class i fell all of the group specially Our Teacher Mrs Smalling is very friendly and very encouraging all of us ,, explain each subject that dont understand it will ,,beside patiently correction for our beginning mistakes ,, beside the wonderful book for phlebotomy that we get at the beginning of the course it discus a lot of subjects that we will certainly need in our new carrier ,, it have more than enough for the basic requirements to start our new Carrier,, the lab is more than wonderful prepared with all the staffs that we need to make a good Venipuncture process,, so i will never forget my us collage and my lab and of course my teacher ,,,oww i forget ,,the most ever two beautiful womens i ever meet Roza & Mona there is no words can explain how much these beautiful ladys are helpful ,,tender and sweet ,,i wil never forget them
