I wasted nearly a decade with this instructor.The instructor was constantly unfamiliar with what my proficiencies were. My promotions in the belting system seemed unrelated to the often-neglected curricular techniques.The instructor was dismissive and belittling (even to the extent of discriminating against my partial homeschooled upbringing) towards how I processed the derisive, predatory methods of instruction from the higher levels of the organization. The international head of the organization would position himself directly behind me to whisper indiscernibly with such sustained, concentrated hatred that my skin began to crawl and blood began to boil. My visceral reaction was so extreme that I had to leave the training mat.Eclipse Martial Arts fails to recognize verbal abuse as a legitimate form of abuse, and other schools offer better communication and personal investment.

Im sure it is a great DoJo, but I dont study the Martial Arts.
