Matt is an awesome teacher. My son has taken lessons from him for 5 years and still looks forward to his weekly session. Matt is very easy going and continues to keep the lessons fun for my son. Definitely don’t hesitate to try him out.. you won’t be disappointed.

My guitar lessons are so much fun! I learn a lot each week, and I have become a much better guitarist because of their expertise. The teachers at Alpine Music Studios are all accomplished artists and talented musicians.

We have worked with Abi and Meg. Wonderful staff. They are easy to work with, helpful and flexible. They also took the step to direct bill our charter school.

Emi has been wonderful teaching an old dog new tricks! I used to just plink 3 open chords with friends. Now Im learning about why things go together, and learning songs I want to play.

Working with Emi over the past year has been everything I had hoped for. She has helped me become a better player, improve my rhythm, and blended theory in with practice so I can understand why and how certain sounds fit together and others don’t. I’m a self motivated adult learner and the last thing I need is more pressure after a long day of work. She does a great job guiding and inspiring through the challenge of learning new things while keeping it fun which is what it’s all about.

Awesome group of musicians/ instructors for all levels from beginner to talented performers. They keep it fun for kids and adults.. So fortunate to have found them; the whole family takes lessons, Have enjoyed attending their shows as well, Awesome performances.

Matt is by far the best teacher in Anchorage. I leave every lesson being bummed out because I want to keep playing. Since Ive started there up till now (2 ish years) I have never stopped learning, improving, and being inspired. 100/100. infinitly better then any YouTube or teacher
