I just finished a 40 hour class with Teresa J. Block. Teresa taught the class with a spark of humour, her approach to teaching helped me retain a large scale of new information; I highly recommend taking this class from her. Pre-licensing hours are required to become a licensed real estate sales agent, might as well be with a top notch educator.

I am a relatively new Real Estate Licensee.I have been in the business about a year and a half. As a retired Fire Chief, Ive taken many classes and seminars. So when I say Teresa Block is one of the very best Instructors. I feel that statement comes from experience. She is very dedicated to her profession as a Realtor and Teacher. She is always available and cheerfully helps anytime a student shows up at her office or calls. In the classroom her presentations are organized and clear. In addition she makes even boring subjects fun. I feel thankful to be able to take her classes.

Theresas real estate class is fantastic, it really is. She is a master and has a wealth of real estate knowledge beyond what is simply necessary to get through the real estate exam. You are studying from the book for much of the class, but Theresa knows summarize a subject and when to drill into a topic a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed the class, and I passed my test on the first try which I attribute to the excellent class.

Teresa is a wonderful teacher and makes learning an enjoyable experience. In this modern world it is great to have such talent at a local level.
