Holly Hanson is really helpful, i was at the office depot ( Downtown AK) another day to see if they can help me to print my labels, but the lady that i talked to she said that she cannot help me and they dont print any labels. so i went to OfficeMax to see if they can help me. Holly help me to print out and suggest more option for my labels. i recommend this store!!!

Store has friendly employees but have absolutely no sense of urgency. Do not go out of their way to help.

Went in for a new computer mouse, which was not only on sale, but the staff was super helpful in getting me what I needed. Plus, they price matched a planner I liked and they had 3- subject notebooks on clearance for $0.99. Saved me time and money. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely people working here, I went in for some emergency business cards and they had them done super fast and were very professional and kind. Will be coming back for all my business needs.

Why in the world would you lock the doors before closing time? If I am running to your store in the final 2 minutes chances are I need something specific, and as such will be in/out quickly. I’ve been coming this store for years and for the sake of 2 minutes you’ve irritated me enough to stay away in the future. Pretty short sighted in my opinion.

A lack of employees, pretty empty as well, but it was Super Bowl Sunday, it was very comfortable and welcoming to be there, offers a vast variety of office supplys.

Good selection of office supplies, and they offer 1-hour pick up if you order online.

Clean and well organized. A little spendy, and no longer carried the paper towels I just bought the dispenser I purchased there about a year ago.

Hands-down, the most frustrating store to walk into. Horrible customer service and they lose things all the time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for same day pick up on business cards for an affiliated orgainization. Told the lady I needed them by today or tomorrow, she said of course we can do that. We got the card I wanted, I paid, and she said they should be done soon. The lady calls me 2 hours later and says theyre 7-10 business days out from shipping those to me!! Knowing I needed them soon. Asked for a refund because I was unhappy and they said thats not possible and I would need to pay FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I will never shop at office max and turn everyone I know away from this business.-UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Not one person approached me even though the store was dead. There were three employees huddled around the cash register and they seemed more preoccupied with each other than the customers.

I bought something online finding a store near me. The had 2 available for pick up. I paid. And then I receive a message that they did not have any in stock and my purchase was canceled... but it was not! It was charged. I tried calling. The employee who answered was rude and just sent me to the manager. The manager was “too busy”. This is ridiculous

Didnt have the thing I was looking for and when I was checking out was told to go take a picture of the price tag to verify the discount.

Walked in, was helped immediately, and out the door in 5 mins.

The store smelled musty upon arrival, several shelves were just empty or poorly stocked and had to wait several minutes at the cash register for any help to arrive. Feels like a store on the verge of closing.
