Friendly staff, excellent teachers.

Run as fast as you can! This is the most unprofessional, unorganized daycare my daughter has attended. Not only did they never clean her face or make sure she had on a clean diaper prior to pick up but they often lost clothes or jackets for weeks with no explanation. Finally they charge fraudulent fees with no paper trail. Once I had paid up a month ahead and was late picking up my daughter. Instead of charging a late fee out of what I had paid already the woman up front screamed at me bc I hadnt written a check directly to her for the late fee which I had no idea was their policy. Now we left at the beginning of Covid because we moved and gave them notice and they are refusing to provide me with my tax paperwork bc they have me confused with someone who went to FLORIDA in the middle of the pandemic and are trying to charge me bogus fees that I do not owe. And when I tried to speak with someone to explain that is not me, I gave a notice and I do not owe anything and was never told prior to leaving or anytime in the past year that I owed them money, they refuse to take my call and gave a fake number for the director.THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!

The staff is so friendly and caring. They have taken care of my daughter from six weeks to four years old. Definitely recommend this place.

Great day care

I am so grateful that I was able to get my kids into Kiddie Land. The teachers are awesome and so great with my two boys.

I cannot say enough about my daughters teachers! They noticed that her speech was delayed, and helped me get her evaluated by babynet. Now she sees a speech therapist at daycare twice a week. Its only been a few months but we can already see a big difference. Without them walking me through the process I wouldnt have know were to even start.

Terrible center. Rat and roach infestation problems. Understaffed, teachers forced to come to work with the flu, strep throat, etc. Minimal cameras, recordings get sent directly to owner so she delete whatever she chooses. Infant teacher injured two babies (assumingely accidentally) with only a few months in between and lied about what happened to police, resulting in those babies and their siblings being taken from their families by DSS. Center director forged paperwork for those incidents and also lied to police to support the story given by the teacher. Do not send your children here or to the sister center in Pendleton.

I Love everything about Kiddie Land, the staff are super friendly and my children love them! My kids are excited to go to school there and come home happy and well taken care of. I would recommend them to any parent looking for child care :)

My kid comes home with pee in her shoes and my other kid thats 1 and a half has a big bruise, and they said she was running but i know my baby cant run and the week before they didnt even report the other bruise..... Something is going on. Going to look into this daycare.
