The gentlemen I worked with were extremely helpful and kind. They made the rental process fast and easy. They had everything in stock and were very willing to answer any questions I had.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Music and Art has some weird policies though. Would have given a 5 star review but I have to wait on a guitar tech to come in and change my strings instead of letting one of the guys up front do it. Policies like that are bad for customers. Going to be taking guitar lessons soon, but why would I spend my money at Music and Art, Im still waiting for new strings on the guitar. Thats not customer satisfaction. And the guys up front are cool as hell, but its the company policy they cant do it.

We are very dissapointed in the service that we received tonight. We were overcharged for a guitar and immediately tried to return it when we realized the mistake. They refused to return the cash that we had literally just handed them (because they dont keep that much cash in the register) and insisted that they would mail us a check. After we contacted the police they agreed to put the refund on a Master Card (3 to 5 business days to post).The guitar apparently had last months special price on it. Today is August 18th so not sure how the price wasnt updated. We will never shop here again!!!

Finally found a music store that can let you inspect instruments other than guitars. Really enjoyed my time there. Affordable prices and great customer service.

We have been renting an instrument with M&A since it was Draisen Edwards and it has been great for years. When the local middle school switched band instrument vendors (to Greenville), we stuck with M&A for instrument #2 (a flute). The store manager (John) worked with us to find the best instrument (we purchased this time) and a bridge rental until we bought it. They worked with us to get the best instrument at the best price, and really have been one of the best local companies with which we have shopped for a number of years. I highly recommend M&A for any music needs.

I went in just to see if there were musicians to jam with but ended up meeting some pretty incredible people. Not only is the staff very helpful but they are also very well spoken musicians who definitely helped me find what I needed.

Jon was my contact person. He went above and beyond. My daughter needed an e sting on her violin replaced before recital in a few days. 4 musicians in the house, Ill be using them more and skip my drive to Greenville. I also do trumpet rental there. I highly recommend.

I went to Music and Arts today to get my guitar looked at and maybe lower the action. Im not knowledgeable enough to know what I needed and Im far from an accomplished guitarist. I talked with Jon and Chris and they were very helpful. I ended up getting smaller gauge strings, which gave me exactly what I was wanting. I even got some tips on how to improve my technique. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to purchase an instrument or get work done. Friendly and knowledgeable people and a good environment.

I went into the store and stood in the store for almost 10 minutes, no employee came over to me nor even recognized Me. I called and spoke with the manager and he made excuses of why he did not come and wait on me there was only two people in the store customers that is, two employees that I seen. I will not be back to this store. Im so sorry that draisen Edwards is not in business anymore they knew how to treat their customers well....

Was immediately kicked out for not having a mask on, with a virus that has a 99.998% survival rate. Will never shop here.

Excellent customer service. Gentleman (39 year old with readers on a leash 😊) was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly (and efficiently) to get us out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!

New owners wouldnt honor a replacement. I purchased a cello bow and needed to exchange for a violin bow i has my recipe in hand. This was last year when new owners took over. Just now getting to adding my review.
