My kids entered this program about 6 months ago and they have been changed in a positive way permanently. I feel as though they are more focused, confident, and better decision makers even at 7 and 6 years old. They teach your child situational awareness as well as discipline, fairness, and loyalty. The instructors are great which makes it an enjoyable experience as they are always excited to return to class. If you are looking to impact your child as a person, in school, or even athletically you need to have them in this program.

I cant say enough about this program! My three boys, with their different ages, personalities, and strengths, love attending classes. I was so impressed that I take classes with them too! The instructors are encouraging and caring, and we look forward to learning more each class. While the physical fitness aspect is great, the emphasis is clearly on the type person the program creates...a person who is honest, respectful, disciplined, able to persevere through challenges, and constantly learning!

Not only great physical exercise but also helps with discipline and focus. We can definitely see a difference in our sons attitude and his self confidence. Such a welcoming place. Everyone is so friendly, and it is clear that the instructors really care about their students.

Love this program! Miss Margie and Sr Master Foster are amazing in helping the students. They support the parents and teach focus and discipline along with providing a great workout! We love being here because we know we are are truely supported and loved!

We LOVE our time at Tri-State ATA!! Not only great exercise, teaches respect, discipline, good sportsmanship, AND the instructors make every young tiger feel special and loved. I would highly suggest this place to everyone!
