Customer service is awful and they are unreliable. I recommend you go literally anywhere else. I know I will be when I clean up the mess they made.

It is a really nice road test journey with Larry Thompson. Most of my colleagues have the test with Larry and they all say Larry is a very nice and patient instructor. It is no doubt that I will recommend Larry for new drivers to have their road test. Thanks, Larry!

I took a driving test with Larry Thompson. I had no issues finding the place where the test would begin, and Larry arrived on time. Larry is a great instructor; he gave me very clear instructions, provided driving directions well ahead of time (which was helpful since I didnt know the route), and was calm, kind, and patient throughout. I took the drivers test with Larry. it was such an amazing experience. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained everything. I was extremely nervous and scared but Larry was very kind and helped me relax. he gave directions ahead of time and was kind when I asked about the directions. he was very kind throughout the entire test. I highly recommend this drivers test!!!!

I payed for an online course that I can not attend. They need document verification I submitted all that and still no resolution of the problem. It is true that it might take time but the main problem is that it has been a week today and what is worse that no body answers the customer service phone line they keep on hold for long time then ask to call you back and they never call. Not worth the money specially if you need to get your training or what ever efficiently. Will update here once they reply or the course I payed for is accessible.Update:They replied finally a few days after the initial post and finally fixed the problem.They need to have better online/phone customer service even with covid they should be able to operate at least this section of the company. Hope this is useful for them and for their customers.

Very poor management. My road test was cancelled. And many other road tests are cancelled too.

Drivers Ed is expensive. Spend your money where you will be respected: somewhere else.My daughter took instruction from Scott Lowe in Milan, MI. Mr Lowe insulted and harassed my daughter. I confronted the instructor. He doubled down and told me he would not be politically correct just for me. He told me that my family was thin skinned. All Star did nothing to correct or even address the problem. I got no replies to my attempts to contact them.

I had a great experience being tested, I was nervous and the tester, Larry, quickly put me at ease with a calm tone and very clear instructions.

Had the best experience ever. Highly recommend going here for anyone extremely worried about not passing. Larry made me feel so calm and truly the opposite of nervous.

We went there to take a drivers test on Saturday. we waited for almost an hour and no instructor showed. when I called the next Monday to find out what we needed to do they said we had to pay again. I asked to be transferred to a manager and they said there that they would but all they did was send me back in the queue and I had to wait on hold again I called 5 times and never got to speak to a manager had to eat that $69 reschedule with a second company to take the test dont waste your time go somewhere else.
