Awesome services. People are friendly and easy to get along with. We are almost always on time, unless the weather is bad or really bad traffic. It happens though. Just got to give us patience. It is our job to get your kids to and from school safely.

No staff cares about these kids. Had over 3 drivers in one year. Kids standing in cold for over an hour. And the administration team does not answer or return calls. I hope yall do way better for the 17-18 school year. Oh yeah and maybe some background checks on the worthless staff you do have. Seen some folks I know should not be on bus with kids as staff.

This is the second time this week Durham School Services, Ann Arbor, left my kid standing out in the cold. Either the school bus is 30 minutes late or the sub-driver doesnt know where to park the differently numbered bus. The kids dont recognize it. Yeah its been a bad week.Also, its not reassuring to see Were Hiring signs for bus drivers in February. Were sorry sir. Its the first time the driver has done this route.Isnt privatization great? Capitalism for the win!
