My son was a student at Kenwood from Kindergarten through 6th Grade. It was a fantastic school, both academically and socially. The schools instructors, administrators, and staff are top notch. They more than prepared my son for the Seventh Grade in the public school system. I highly recommend Kenwood for any parent looking for a quality elementary school program for their child.

Kenwood was the only school that would take my daughter for kindergarten because her birthday is after the Sept. 30th deadline of FCPS (and many privates). It a good place and its convenient. It seems that when ever the weather got bad all the public schools were closed, but not Kenwood. For working parents, this is very helpful. Also, when the weather warms up there are organizations that come after school and teach fun stuff - e.g. soccer. Yeah.... :-)
