I was a walk-in on the morning of 23rd of September, 2019 and my experience was fantastic!!! The manager could not have been nicer. The test center was totally quiet, clean and professional --- I took my CompTIA Security+ exam on a Monday morning. Ten minutes after I walked-in (without an appointment) I was taking my exam with just one other student in a totally quiet the exam room. Use this facility early in the week!

The place itself is good and allows walk-ins but the guy receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. It was my very first time there and was not helpful at all, getting mad at every question I had! there are plenty of testing centers around the area, I would definitely not come back here.

Mediocre/below average experience. The individual at the front desk definitely does not enjoy their job and it shows. Lack of customer service and no direction. I had come here to take a exam and apparently it was a PSI exam vs. a Pearson Vue exam. I believe the systems are different for the exams, however the individual at the front-desk got frustrated, crossed my name out on the sign-in sheet, and just slid me a paper with some information. I stood there wondering what happened and asked what they wanted me to do. He mentioned he cant help me? I asked again, and this time he said I cant help you.....RIGHT NOW! Alrighty then. I asked, so did he want me to sit down and he said yes. So after he finished processing the other lady in the lobby I was finally taken to the exam area and took my exam. The exam area was fine and was able to take it without any issues but the sign-in experience was absolutely horrendous. Not planning to take any additional exams here... only took my exam here because it was the only center administrating my exam on the day and time I wanted.

Horrible experience. There was no one in the center when I entered. Then the front desk guy shows up and he basically ignored me. I initiated the conversation and then he was like why are you here? and he checked the computer and noticed my schedule. He seemed like he had to be some place else and he was not expecting any candidate at that time. Overall experience is really bad and this kind of disrespectful attitude is the last thing you want on your exam day. Very unpleasant! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER TESTING CENTER if you are reading this!

Three people appeared to be working at the location. An older gentleman was showing test takers the workstations and was helping them set up when I arrived A younger lady sitting at the reception desk was building a wooden model kit and she told me that the other guy would help me as she was looking at youtube and building her kit. The other guy was finishing up with a previous test trying to print out their test results. He was banging on the printer slamming the paper trays shut trying to get it to print exam results. Once he started working with me he argued with me about being a “walk in”. IT ProNets website clearly stated all walk ins welcome and that was the reason I chose that location. After several minute of him trying to show me where appointments were necessary I pointed out the page on his website about the welcomes walk ins. I didn’t purchase a voucher from Pearson VUE and that was another problems for this young man. Again arguing with this person he called in a voucher and then charged me $330.00 dollars and walked me back to my testing station. He logged in the machine for me and left without providing me with any other information. After I completed the exam the older gentleman was the one that helped me out and printed out my exam results and instructed me to sign out. The facility wasn’t bad, there was some equipment in narrow hallways and fans blowing air around to keep the place cool. The staff wasn’t very professional and only the older gentleman seemed to help out.

I came here to take my VCLA test and unfortunately, I had a HORRIBLE experience. The administrator was very disrespectful and rude. I was there 15 mins before the test started and the doors were not open, one of the adminiatrators came passed 9am. Checking started at 9:15 and when I was asked to take a picture and I yelled for moving (he gave zero instructions). I walked to the test room (he yelled at me to hurry up and why I was dragging), he set up the computer and he didnt say anything that the test has started. I asked a questions about the noise headphones and again I was yelled at and he told me to figure it out. I told him he needed to be more polite, once again he yelled at me and left the room by telling if I wanted I could make a complain because he didnt care and left the room by slamming the door at me. IF YOURE READING THIS, FIND ANOTHER TEST CENTER!!!!!
