This isnt a church that worships our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. This is essentially a humanist building where people gather to worship the world. I would suggest the pastor at this house of ill repute read Matthew 13:24-30.

Not a Bible believing or teaching church. Rainbow flags should have no place in a Baptist setting.

Ravensworth Baptist Church is hands down the best inclusive, progressive church I have ever attended. I love that my two year old is in loving, vetted care and joins us in the sanctuary during a short childrens time. This reminds me of the small town church I used to attend as a child, where everyone knew your name and you are a part of a community (not just another tithe). The services are very traditional, but the messages are not. Pastor Steve Hyde does not shy away from discussing current issues through a lens of justice and love, rather than fear or hate which I have unfortunately seen all to often in other churches. I would encourage anyone looking for an inclusive, welcoming church to stop in some Sunday at 11am and see what makes this church so special.
