Hands down the best CPR course I’ve taken. I took my ACLS course for the first time, & the online format is very thorough and direct need to know information. The questions are interactive & scenario based which I Loved. Then you bring your online cert to class for about 30 min of scenario based questions with props. The instructors are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, & passionate about making sure you understand. I will ALWAYS take my courses with Bayside as long as I’m in the area.

Bayside CPR school is excellent. Instructor Kyle at the Prince George’s county location did a wonderful job teaching us. He ran through a couple scenarios and while we did our skills test gave pointers so we could improve.

This format is a great way to learn/ complete CPR. Kyle is very effective in demonstrating the hands on portion and takes time for questions and giving constructive evaluative feedback to the participants.

The class itself was well worth the money. Instructions for pre class work were very clear, the actual class was clear and thorough. He made sure we were all involved and made us feel comfortable enough to ask questions. The class wasn’t drawn out, went home and took the test, got my card that day. Kyle was quick to respond to my emails. There are so many classes offered it fits the most inflexible schedule. I would do this every time for all my certs if I could!!

Online booking is straight forward. The Pikesville/Baltimore branch did not offer competent skills training and most definitely did not test the participants adequately. Everyone who showed up for ACLS skills only session basically sat down for half an hour & passed the class without being truly tested on the ACLS skills. I am worried about the people who got certified in ACLS.

Kyle is so kind a thorough. I came in for the skills portion of the BLS CPR training. It was very easy quick and easy. Kyle made sure everyone had an understanding of all the skills and gave some great tips along the way. I would definitely recommend.

I always dread having to renew my BLS certification. That is no longer the case after finding Bayside. The process was not painful at all. It was easy to book online and the communication was excellent. They offer discounts and you can pay same day as class. My instructor was thorough and efficient. I took the ACLS blended course with Bayside and am glad that I did. I am a medsurg nurse and found the online education portion to be well presented and educational. I was able to pace the learning at home according to my schedule. The online portion combines education with questions about realistic cases. The in person instructor was very good and the class included applying the learning to simulated cases. I will be recommending this course to my colleagues.

This place was recommended by a colleague. I love how convenient it is since they have multiple locations and times that fit into my schedule. The classes at work are always sporadic and cancelled frequently at the last minute. The staff was very knowledgeable and made sure you understood the material not just try to see how much they can trip you up. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and train here. Clean, modern, and they know resuscitation science. The highlight was being able to discuss cases and ebm with fellow classmates who also came there prepared and ready to have an actual enjoyable recert. Well worth the money.

This course was wonderful! The online portion was super educational and went into a little more depth on different topics than the traditional renewal class which I thought was super helpful and made the time I had to spend on it worth it. The skills check off was extremely easy and didn’t waste any extra time. My group knew our stuff so having a check off that went based off our knowledge and not a certain course plan was awesome! Kyle was an awesome instructor! I will definitely be using Bayside from now on for all my renewals! Highly highly recommend!

I completed my BLS CPR training through Bayside CPR & AED Training Center. Sean was my instructor and he was super awesome and very informative. It was great how long he has been with the company and how he works in a field where CPR is a common method he uses to save lives! He conducted our training that combined his real world experience and skills with AHA guidelines which was super awesome! After this class I feel ready to handle any emergency situation. True story I just got a new position at a hospital in the OR they pulled me up and said we need your CPR card renewed do you have until Friday which was 48 hours later to do it. This was my first time taking certification half online and skills portion in person. I was taking PALS. The online portion I liked because it is self paced. The skills portion I had with Kyle H as the instructor. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that the class had. Great location with an emphasis on providing pertinent information for providers who are needing AHA resuscitation classes. I was referred by a co-worker, and I will definitely be back. Kyle provided clear directions throughout the process, and when a family emergency forced a rescheduling, they were very accommodating. The Skills portion was masked and socially distanced, but cases and great discussion made the experience very productive.

Circumstances made it impossible for me to attend the PALS course that I had arranged with my employer. My certification was due to expire within the week. The only day I had available to perform the skills portion was a Saturday. Fortunately, I found Bayside CPR on the American Heart Association website. Go to the Bayside CPR website to enroll. I found a Saturday class (yay!) and enrolled. They sent me a link to complete the HeartCode portion online (give yourself plenty of time for this). Kyle was great, he put everyone at ease and got us all through the skills portion. I am quite relieved that my certification is current and confident in my skills.

Great course! I do wish the ACLS renewal was offered remotely. I thought it was going to be four hours and involve hands on skills, but it was much shorter and not hands on, so I spent more time in the car than in class

Class was a little fast..not much discussed about the new changes including opiates, med patches, etc. I had an updated book which I looked at before class.. which helped.

Kyle was very pleasant welcoming and respectful. He sets the tone early for how the class will be conducted. He encourages participation, he keeps it light with his little quips from his experience. Unstable gets the cable - who gets cardioverted? Another thing that he does is to recognize that were from various backgrounds in terms of where we work so he will let you know that his way of doing it in the field will differ from how you will do it in your setting.
