When I’m at the mercy of anyone, I pray they’ll be decent and sincere. From the moment I walked in with my malfunctioning iPhone, John explained every option I had, what those entailed, and schooled me on quite a few facts about Apple that I had previously overlooked. That’s what I want. Not only did John fix my issue, the data I didn’t have backed up to the cloud was still on my phone. Incredibly fast, informative, and fair. Will I be coming back? Absolutely! The guy was very polite and helpful. Had a good conversation while he fixed my Nintendo switch. That i tried getting repaired somewhere else and they stripped the screws trying to open it with the wrong driver. He was able to remove the screw and replace it and unfortunately the headphone jack that had a broken headphone plug glued in it from the previous owner wasnt salvageable he had a whole new board for the headphone Jack and card reader so he quickly replaced it at a fair price. While letting me watch him do the repairs. Now it works like new. I will never go anywhere else again. Thanks for everything .

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!Took in my Galaxy S7 Edge after I dropped it and screen turned green and flickered. Everything else was working great, including charging.Was told it needed new screen. Paid $230 with my debit card and was then informed that there would be no warranty. Got an email receipt.Got my phone back a few days later and it was down to 1%. So I immediately tried to charge it and got an error message that the battery temp was too low to charge.Went in the next morning and was told it needed a new battery because old battery would not charge new LED screen (which I should have been told on first visit). Paid $60 MORE. Also told there was no tax since I paid with cash and was not offered a receipt nor one by email (like previous time).My husband picks the phone up, tries to charge it and gets the SAME error message.He calls them and is now told that the motherboard is probably bad and it needs a new one. NO FLIPPING WAY was I giving them another dime!!I am out almost $300 and STILL have no phone to use!!!They basically just took my money and did not fix my phone.I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL and will be contacting BBB!

I broke a headphone jack in my phone. Jonathon took my phone to the back and removed it while I waited. It took him less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Although my phone was repaired, I will not recomend them. I do not trust businesses that ask for payment up front and then tell you they have a no refund policy if their service comes into question. Just because you call something a store policy, does not make it legally or morally correct.I award this business a negative one star rating.

Very pleased with screen repair... Was concerned after having to pay total up-front and not receiving a printed reciept or anything in hand to show I had a phone under repair... I felt it was pricey, but the job was great... 👍🏾

I was pleased with the results of their service but was uncomfortable being in the store since none of the employees wore a mask while I was in there. There were also customers without masks. I had on a mask but was asked to stand closer than I was comfortable with to answer questions. I’m a senior at high risk for Covid and would appreciate if the staff would take that into consideration to protect all their customers, not just seniors. I came to the store at the recommendation of another senior. We all need to do our part to end this pandemic and save lives.

I needed a battery repair for my iPhone 6. Called and made an appointment since it was the closest place. I was in and out of Cell Repair Plus in less than 10 minutes from start to finish.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Lets begin by saying that money is not an issue but after calling around they were the second most expensive. Anyways I decided to go to them because over the phone they guarantee that the part would be in the next day (around lunch) and that the repair itself would only take 30 minutes. They said they would only order the part if I paid half the price. They recommended that I pay half price over the phone so they can order the part and bring my phone once it came in but I couldnt do that because Im 39 weeks pregnant and I work two jobs so I left home immediately after getting off the phone and drove there, an hour plus drive, just for them to tell me that they didnt know if they would open tomorrow because of the weather. I was already there so I paid the half-price and left my phone. I called them the next day to see if the part was in and they said it wasnt. THE WEATHER DID NOT GET BAD AT ALL! So the following day (which would be today) I called around 12 and the man told me that my phone would be ready at 3 so I went there after work and when I got there it was after 3. The woman was there alone and said that they had gotten really busy today but he had to step out for a bit. She went to the back and came back out front and told me my phone was apart and that he would return shortly, that she would give me a call when it was ready. I was not going to drive another trip up there so I went and sat in my car. He arrived less than 5 minutes later (I think he was inside the entire time cause I never heard another car pull up nearby) They told me my part was still not there but the delivery truck should be there in 30 minutes. I sat in the parking lot and fell asleep but while I was awake I never seen a delivery truck come. Before 4 they brought my phone outside repaired. So basically I feel like they were giving me a run around about MY PHONE when they could have told me from the beginning and I wouldnt have wasted my time. When I dropped my phone off I remember giving the girl 3 $20 bills because I did not have changed. I shouldve left when she gave me my phone outside but I believe in Karma so I told her I needed to pay the other half. I gave her another 3 $20 bills. I told her I needed $10 back and she said no the remainder is $55 so they got over on me for $5. At that point I didnt care because I was running late for my second job. Instantly after looking at my phone I felt like the screen may be tinted nothing looks the same, everything is dull. I didnt care because I wanted to purchase a new phone soon anyways. After further use Ive noticed ripples in my screen. I feel like this will cause a problem in the long run so thats why Im leaving such a lengthy review, because if and when its does I will be back for my money. Screenshots included circled rippling. Was quoted one price, called the next day and was told it would be an extra $20 for overnight shipping even though the day before was told it would also arrive the next day for repair. Ended up taking over a week to come in and so when I dropped it off I requested the extra fee be refunded. Guy took an attitude about it but agreed. When I picked it up the next day I asked if it had been refunded. The woman told me I was ridiculous and just handed me a $20 bill Extremely unprofessional.

Has there hours for Saturday as open till 2pm. But when I get there at 12:00 there is no lights on door locked and closed!! Just wasteful and disrespectful to waste someone’s time, money and gas will not recommend nor try and go back again!!

Fast repair and friendly service! First replacement screen ended up being defective and thankfully I realized it before leaving. He put a second one on quickly and with no charge. All their repairs are warrantied which is great. It was also super convenient for them to be open on Saturdays which is the only day I could get down there. Would definitely recommend!

Total scam. First you pay 40 dollars to get the phone evaluated which was not explained from the start, then another hundred for a potential repair not a guaranteed repair mind you! I should have just got a replacement from my phone company for a hundred. I was trying to get my contacts. What a waste of forty dollars time and potentially wasting a total of140 dollars with no guarantee! He must pay for reviews as he is not credible or honest! Unbelievable, he is still in business! Don’t trust anything he says or states! Go elsewhere, anywhere but there! Trust me there are far more reputable honest folks that charge the right amount to start and either can or can not do the repair.I am reporting him to better business bureau for his deception and dishonesty.

Went there for a small repair to my daughters phone, wound up being a customer for life. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. He even talked directly to my teenage daughter, telling her some proper behavior to adopt in order to not have her issue again. Super impressed and happy.

These guys are awesome! They have done 2 iPhone battery replacements that went flawlessly. I had problems with finger ID reader, the staff looked at the phone twice with no charge. Bottom line, they want to help you and actually care about their quality of work. They are nerds, but geeks with good customer service. Give them a chance, they do good work.
