Great gym, coaches and people. Excelent training environment for working out, bjj training or even boxing classes. Start sooner than later. I wish I had.

The instructor helped me figure out different ways to set in moves and positions i only got one arm and he is great at what he does and has very high patience if you want to learn how to fight or work out this is the place, would give it 10 stars if possible

The facilities are excellent and the coaches are the best in the business! Whether you’re lifting, cardio boxing, or training jiu jitsu; you won’t find a more knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is great and inviting. I highly recommend Evolution. You won’t find better in the area.

My grandson goes here and is part of the childrens classes. His physical development and agility has skyrocketed since starting. I dont see him but every few months and the change was immediately noticable. Props to the instructors here.

A Strong Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy with qualified/accomplished instructors, with top notch equipment, and one of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen.

My great nephew is a student here and loves it. The childrens instructor is very good with kids. I wish they would change to Gracie Barra though.

Kids are loving the jiu-jitsu class, the instructor is very good with children, and they are learning a lot and improving every week.

The newest jiu jitsu school in the area is nothing but top notch. I am constantly traveling for work and always look for places to train where ever work takes me. Well on my recent trip to Anniston, AL I found this school. At Evolution Health and Fitness you will be sure to find some great instructors from the Alliance family. James and Lance welcomed me just like I had been coming for years. If you are in the area and are looking to either do some Jiu JItsu or even some crossfit workouts then this is the place to be.
