I like it when they sweep the dirt not trash into apartment parking lots. So karaen can complain and take pictures of something they think is a problem. But really it isnt. Also a great company.

I had no idea what bus route drivers go through until I became one for student is wonderful place to work very well organized people we cannot turn on red no matter how much you honk

Their bus route 317 parks along side my apartment and sweeps their garbage onto my doorstep which happens to be private property and yeah I have pictures 📷.

They changed the bus stop of about 17 children so that they have to cross the street where there is no stop sign!!! This new stop is only 35ft from old stop! And, there is parking on both sides of the street so on coming cars cant see the kids cross the street (bus is not on same street as cars) so cars dont see a school bus!!!! Ive been calling since the first week of school with no response from first student Anoka!!! now the older kids are daring the younger kids to play chicken with oncoming cars. So I will be sending video of bus stop and audio recordings of me leaving messages to First Student Anoka to channel 4 channel 11 and channel 9 news! Bet I still get no call back from first student Anoka after I post this!

Good working place. A lot of gossip, two faced people, small common area to sit. A lot of favouritism of office staff to the drivers and paras

Excellent customer service! Because of the driver shortage, the Anoka location wasnt able to provide a driver for an upcoming trip for our Junior Class at Legacy Christian Academy. Rather than just leaving us hanging, Deb at the Anoka office forwarded our request to Danette at the Oakdale location. Ultimately, they too, were unable to meet our request. Both were a pleasure to work with, even though we couldnt arrange a trip this time. They did what they could under the unusual circumstances, even though the simple no would have saved them time and effort. So thank you to both Deb and Danette for going above and beyond — we will definitely continue to work with you in the future!

The bus drivers are always polite and professional. If your kid is suddenly being dropped off 30 or 40 minutes later, dont call them. They wont give an actual reason and will act like youre ridiculous for being worried.

Decent pay, but the training regimen leaves you feeling unprepared, and the management refuses to give regular routes to new drivers.
