Latisa was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed having her as my instructor and I’m sure anyone else would too. She always cheered me on and complimented my driving. I have learned so much and I feel more than ready to take my driving test now!Update: I passed first try!

I received two driving lessons with Driveristy and had a great experience. I felt the lessons really prepared me for my behind the wheel license test which I was able to comfortably pass as a result. The instruction I received was both highly informative as well as reassuring being that I am a new driver. Highly recommend!

I didnt know what to expect going into lessons but after four of them I can honestly say that I could not have managed without Driversity. The instructors are amazing—patient and super friendly! There were actually two lessons that had to be cancelled due to one of my instructors falling ill. Given the threat of the new Covid strains this was understandable. Despite these complications, Driversity got back to me very quickly about make-ups and refunds. In summary, I am a completely different driver and now quite confident I will pass my test the first time around—grumpy test-givers permitting.Thank you, Driversity, and all its instructors for making the road a safer place.

Dionne S. is the BEST! 10 stars is more appropriate! My daughter just finished her 3 sessions with her. She is so professional, kind, informed, and a pleasure to work with. My daughter was so comfortable in her care and learned so much. We just hope she is still around when our younger daughter needs lessons.

I was so nervous to drive with someone official but Dionne created a comfortable and enjoyable environment. For the past 3 lessons, I have learned a lot and Dionne answered all my questions excellently. I could not ask for a better instructor and I can say with confidence that I am prepared for the real deal. Dionne is amazing both as an instructor and as a person. 10 out of 10, would recommend. :)

Ms. Joyce really provided me with a lot of knowledge while I was in the car driving with her. She never got mad, or showed any negative signals towards me. If Id make a mistake, shed nicely tell me what I did wrong and just gave me the reassurance to keep driving and letting me know that Ill get it next time, was very happy to receive advice from someone as patient and helpful as her.

Christina is a awesome instructor. She’s very patient, clear, has great tips, and gives instructions of where to go ahead of time and clearly.

Christina was the instructor my son had for his very first experience behind-the-wheel drivers training. In my sons words, she was understanding and patient, she didnt take over when he did something that needed correcting, such as over or under turning around corners. Prior to the appointment he was anxious and by the end felt his confidence increased. When we confirmed who his instructor was for the next driving lesson, he was really happy that Christina would be working with him again. His biggest takeaway was that Christina was able support him which made him feel calm. As a parent, Christina took the time to go through what the plan was going to be for the driving lesson, she followed the protocols with regard to the instructions I received pertaining to the pandemic, and she was very friendly as well as professional. When they came back, Christina was clear and concise in the best ways for us to help our son practice behind-the-wheel. With that being said, she was very encouraging. Thank you!

I’ve had two driving lessons with Christina and have learned a lot so far! She is very kind and encouraging when she makes corrections to my driving. She has helped me become much more confident behind the wheel and I can apply much of what she has taught me while I’m driving with my parents. I would definitely recommend her as a driving teacher to any of my friends who are trying to get their license!

My driving instructor was Christina. She was amazing! She makes you feel comfortable the entire drive. Even if I make a mistake she does her best to make sure I don’t feel bad. She also is a very nice and funny person. She was the best instructor I can ask for

I like the good customer service of the owner, who would ensure that any feedback left on reviews, like this one, is addressed promptly. He provided me a free class since I gave a feedback about one of his instructors. I only signed up for one class with their Antioch branch (they have several branches and several instructors in each branch). Take note that he does not really teach and you will not find him among the options for instructors since as you may expect, he is focused on the business side of the school. I did not sign up for another class since my experience with the actual driving instructor was not great. She took me to the immediate neighborhood only, filled with bumps at that, and the farthest we went to was a street outside of the neighborhood. For one hour, it was just discussion on what to expect at the behind-the-wheel test, which although useful, is also available on Youtube and was more like a classroom lecture. She drove for 15 minutes. In my opinion, it should be the student driving and the instructor should be able to relay her knowledge and expertise in a way that allows the student to practise. Anyhow, the classes are recorded so your feedback will be verified based on what actually transpired.

We used Driversity for our daughter to make sure she was ready for the behind the wheel test. Unfortunately due to Covid, her test was canceled and rescheduled for 2 months later! Warren was great. Very patient and helpful in giving our daughter feedback. He even offered to take her out again before her test but with the 2 extra months, she was ready. She passed!We would highly recommend Driversity driving school!

The whole time I was driving my instructor Dionne was so kind and had the best communication with me. She was straight forward and also was very fun to be in the car with for the 2 hours. I’m easily intimated and I get nervous very fast but I felt very comfortable with her!

While I was driving with my instructor Christina she had the best communication and was fun to talk too! She was very nice and straight forward with telling me what i need to work on. I was nervous when i got in the car but she made it more comfortable!

Christina is the best! She will tell you what you are doing good and bad at. She makes you feel comfortable and i really appreciated because i was so scared and nervous to drive. When im with her, it makes me wish i started driving sooner. At anytime you make a mistake, she will explain what you did wrong and why it is wrong as well. The 2 hour classes i have with her definitely flies by. Highly recommend her!

I recently got my driver’s license in Concord, and Driversity was a HUGE help! Warren went out of his way to meet me in my area and gave excellent pointers as I drove. Very professional & friendly, walked me through what exactly to expect on the driver’s test. Fantastic instruction, felt way more at ease behind the wheel after — would highly recommend!

I had a Driversity lesson with Ms. Joyce and it was awesome. I felt very relaxed and safe with her. She was also easy to talk to. She gave me many tips and pointers while driving and corrected my mistakes. In summary, I had a very nice time and totally recommend her.

Hi I had Christina for two of my driving lessons and she was very helpful and gave key tips for me on my actual test.

I had Dionne 3/4 of my trainings, she was very nice and helped me so much on my driving, very patient, understanding and relaxed. Loved her energy and positivity.

Christina is friendly and professional, ready for a student of any skill level- my first lesson she came early to ease my driving anxiety! Moreover, she gives helpfully criticism and reacts calmly in possibly dangerous beginner-driver situations. The only feedback would to be more critical, however, I understand that too many critiques can be stressful.

Ms. Christina was very helpful and nice she taught me a lot of new things and showed me what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong and corrected me with a lot of detail and made my experience fun and easier.

I worked with Warren for my driver lessons. He was able to really tweak my driving so that I was ready for both the test and real life driving! He was very clear about his tips and also provided notes after each lesson. He also would remind you frequently, which really helped with me now making these tips muscle memory. I would highly recommend Driversity! I ended up only getting 1 pt off at a “harder” DMV test location, and it was thanks to Driversity that I did that.

With covid taking away all the DMV appointments and then giving us one that was only 2 weeks away...it had caused us to have to find somewhere that could get her in ASAP. Im a little late on this review. My oldest daughter took the class along with the driving instruction portion a few years back. Needless to say shes an amazing driver now. NOW I had my youngest daughter take the permit portion of class and she just took her Dmv she passed her permit with flying colors. This school I is amazing Warren is a great instructor he takes his time and teaches. Truly dedicated instructor. I highly recommend Driversity driving school.

Best Hands on Wheel Training in the Bay Area that you can receive. My trainers were La Tisa, Joyce and Warren. They did an amazing job helping me become a better driver. Warren the owner was very good he gave me 3 hour training the day before my driving exam which at first was only supposed to be an hour and a half course but he extended it for no extra cost he really wanted me to pass Fortunately the next day i passed with only two errors.

My 16-year-old daughter had a really good experience with in-car driving lessons at Driversity. She is normally a nervous person, but the instructor gave her confidence behind the wheel. Instructor was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and very clear in giving instructions. He explained rationale behind a driver’s decision-making process and went through what to expect at a DMV driver’s test. After the lesson, I also received a written assessment detailing which skills were covered and which skills still need work. I would recommend Driversity to everyone.

Thank you, Driversity! When I discovered in late June the DMV had rescheduled my sons driving test for July 8th (without telling me), I was desperate to get his final in person driving lesson with Driversity scheduled (hed already had 3). As the other driving instructors schedules were completely booked, the owner of the company (Warren) made time in his busy schedule to take my son out for his final lesson . Warren was very patient, and gave Corey some good pointers on what he needed to improve on in order to become a better driver. Needless to say, Corey did great on his DMV test and just received his license in the mail on Saturday.

I learned so much and had a great time learning how to drive and it was a very laidback and non stressful aura.

I’m 15 and i’m honestly so glad I took a live class at Driversity opposed to an online class. In the class you talk about important points throughout every page in the drivers handbook. You also take various practice tests that prepare you for the permit test. Because of this class I passed my permit test the first time and missed 2. After having my permit, my first lesson with an instructor went really well. The instructor was patient and made sure I understood what I did wrong or what technique I could use to better my driving. Overall I really recommend Driversity for lessons or simply driving education :)
