I don’t write reviews but as a parent who relies on reviews for daycare I felt I should contribute.Just did my walk through ! Very clean and the teachers don’t look stressed out ! Tanya the director was extremely helpful ! Their willing to work with my child and his individual needs! They also have a super cool playroom indoors. We are transitioning from another daycare center and Im excited to see my child’s growth!

Just had a very bad experience, trying to check out daycares as we are moving to Antioch in a couple of months. Spoke with Tanya, asked if they had availability then. Her response was we wont know until November, tried to explain that there is no point in viewing if there isnt room, as we live quite a long ways away and well be in town on Friday, if there isnt space in November well check out other facilities.She said we could pay the enrollment fee and pay until November if we want to hold a spot. Speaks super fast and over the top of you, cuts you off so you cant ask questions. I said, I guess we wont be working with you... Her response; in a super snarky tone I guess not, bye and hung up on me.I just wanted to ask some questions and it seemed it was all about money - NOW, not about planning ahead. Most Daycares we have worked with have waitlists and prefer to have advance requests for new kids. I was really put off by Tonyas flippant attitude.Mostly, it was just tone of voice and rudeness, brusqueness and not even trying to have a conversation. I have have heard good things about this program in other locations - this caught me off guard.

Love it here! The teachers and staff are amazing! My son took about two weeks to adjust but he now asks to go to “school” daily and happily enters the classroom! There is an app for parents which they send notifications all throughout the day of my sons activities, meals, naps, potty time and projects that include pictures which I love! Highly recommend!

Both of my daughters attend The Learning Experience and it feels like I am dropping them off with family. The staff here care and are passionate about what they do. Ms Robyn, Tonja, Raji, Catherine, Ms Erica you guys have impacted my kids and comforted all of us through a hard transition. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.If you are looking for good child care this is the place to be!!
