Fantastic program! From the tot wrestling upstairs to the more advanced wrestling program downstairs, all around a great youth wrestling group and coaching staff!

My boys have been with this club for 6 years and have shown incredible benefits of their hard work. The club is well run and very inexpensive to join and participate. The coaching staff is made up of former national and collegiate wrestlers to former high school and middle school wrestlers to a few who began the sport when their children started. Wrestling is for all athletic levels and experience, boys and girls. But let me be forward and say if wrestling was easy everyone would do it. My kids have learned respect, discipline, responsibility, physical and mental toughness, and a strong camaraderie in and outside the wrestling room. The team coaches stress and demand from each athlete to be good citizens in & outside of wrestling, the importance of being a good student, proper nutrition, safe weight management, personal hygiene (fingernail trimming and showering as soon as you arrive home from practice), among other things. The above seems like it is very direct but believe me there is a lot of fun to be had especially when all those aspects are in place. Wins and losses are not important as a sign of success, but more of how each athlete progresses throughout the year. If your interested give it a try!
