Arches is the place to help your child become a better student and learn their way.Now this is a new school. They have had hiccups and some growing pains. But getting your foot in the door you will help an amazing place improve and grow. It’s a good school. It has a good heart and great foundation. This is a place that is only going to succeed moving forward. I am happy my child goes here.

I absolutely love this school and the amazing teachers, they have gone above and beyond with not just my child, but all of them. Very disappointed on where this school went. We started with this school when it open but it has changed for the worse. Found out from my daughter that they try to test her in a grade below. I reached out to the principle and she said she meant to talk to me about this but was to busy. It took a week to get meeting set up to talk about it (another kid was in punched a kid was why it took so long). Principal told me that my daughter wouldnt pass state level for writing and that was why they did it. I think this should be my choice not the schools since I have nothing to lose and they do. They dont send home any paperwork showing what kids are learning. I would email teachers asking what she is learning or if she is behaving and they would go unanswered. Again I would have to call school and line up meeting to learn what they were teaching and how she was behaving. Majority of staff left after their first year here. The principle has hired 5 of her 6 kids to work for the school which I feel is conflict of intrest since she is their boss. Also one of the teachers had a baby this year and I was told that kids had to be quiet cause she brought her baby to school. My daughter inform me over the last few month fights and other bad behaviors were getting worse at school. It has gotten so bad 2 parents went to the cops about this school. I met 2 diffrent parents who pulled kids cause of manhandling by school staff. I join the school board... Well i think i did i was voted on but principal told me after two months that she never submitted information to the state. I brought concern about communications to school board which didnt seem to care only concern is more kids for more funds. I also brought up behaviors and how they were gotten worse. I also asked if we track notes we send home to parents about behaviors so we can try to bring numbers down. Principal excuse was end of school and lining of the stars. Im sorry kindergarteners punching kids in the face, saying BS and MF to teachers is not a control environmen. Another suprise the school board is made up of 1 parents of school and works for school, 1 Arches teacher and i dont know who rest but kids dont go to the school. I asked we post to get more parents involved and i was told they really dont want parents at this since they dont know how board is run. So how do strangers know what problem a school has if they arent there. This school has change it went from kids to how can we get more funds and make excuses for out behavior while doing it. PS the positive reviews below are on school staff so please keep that in mind. Please do you research and dont forget to check educational qualification of all teachers.

Love this place!! They are so great with my girls! One is in kindergarten and learning so much and the other is in 6th grade and already excelling even more that she did at any other school!

I dont know what they are teaching because none of the teachers use a mask

Theres a problem with bullying and communication. Also, theyre telling my daughter she cannot go to the bathroom without getting in trouble unless its in between classes. Like, no. Not okay. Shes 7 and has poor bladder control.

Arches has a great approach to educating children. My son started Kindergarten here and really enjoyed the small classes and focused attention. I personally noticed a difference in the way he interacted at home with others. They taught him how to express himself more and vocalize his feelings instead of letting his frustrations overcome him. Thank you for your behavioral health approach to making education more rounded. I also want to mention I fully agree with the less homework focused approach they take, as children should be taught to enjoy education instead of resent it.

We are starting here Tomorrow’s my son is excited and nervous which is to be expected. Everyone seems so nice and inviting.
