I was looking for some products to create using my original artwork and decided on having greeting cards printed. Brenda, the printer, is an artist herself and is incredibly knowledgeable about printing and selling artwork. She has offered me many ideas and helpful advice to get me started. What I appreciate most is that she creates the cards as if it were her own by carefully cropping the images and making sure the subject is correctly positioned. I love that she knows and remembers what I am looking for and makes helpful suggestions in order to help me create beautiful greeting cards.

Brenda, if you dont like what you do you should find another profession instead of being rude to customers. Treating your costumers the way you did to me and the 3/4 other people in there is un excusable. Condescending over-authoritive tone and how you matter of factly would just starting arguments with customers who just want help. There was only 3/4 people there and one was writing a wedding invitation at the desk...Dont know what that was about but hey, I was patient and polite waiting my turn till you came up with your attitude. Sad actually, the other teller there has always taken care of me in the past. You lost my business Brenda.

People here by the printing station are only nice to the people they feel like being nice to. its not about customer service at all.

Entered store. Were met with big smile and offered help. She showed us selection of printers and answered questions, made comparisons but wasnt pushy. We made our choice and were taken to the check-out and asked if we needed other supplies, which we did. She fetched them and checked us out. It was one of our best ever shopping experiences. We will go back there when we need any other supplies! Apache Junction should be very proud and grateful to have an employee as considerate and helpful.

The 2 young women that helped me today were fantastic! I went in for 1 item specifically. I had found it on sale online last week for a great price. I guess every Sunday there ads and sale prices change. The item in question had gone up $20 from what I had a picture of. I simply asked nicely if I could still get it from the price I seen last week and the manager did not hesitate she made sure at checkout that I got the best deal possible. With out a doubt best customer service I’ve had in awhile. I really appreciate it. Thank you. I had a long day at work so I did not get their names unfortunately. But hopefully they see this and know they are appreciated.

Love this store and the people working there. Sometimes they get really busy in print but they try to help everyone as quickly as they can. All the cashiers are very nice and try to help find all the best deals for you even ones you didnt know about!

Awful, I was in the store and they are not taking cards only cash no other option? I try to talk to the manager and find other way to be able to purchase what I need it, like order and pay on line and just get my stuff but I was told by the manager in charge that not, no other option but to go out and get cash, no signs in the front door about cash required or anything. Bad service and terrible experience

I discovered I needed refills for my pen. I had 45 minutes between appointments and was less than 10 minutes from my next stop. I had to drive right by Office Max on my way. I was sure I had time to grab some G2 gel refills, get lunch at a drive thru and still make my next appointment. I was wrong.It took 5 minutes to park, select my refills and get to the check out, which was unmanned. There were more employees out front, smoking than customers in the store but 3 of us waited for over 20 minutes for nothing.I didnt get my refills or lunch but I made my next appointment with just over a minute to spare. It was a little embarrassing to have to ask my client for a working pen for a signing I was getting paid for.A call to the store after my signing appointment led to a suggestion that I order my refills online and pick them up at the store withing 3 days. Since I had what I needed in my hand just an hour before, I found that suggestion ludicrous. Its no wonder brick & mortar stores are disappearing!I WILL order all of my mobile office supplies online from now on but it damn sure wont be from Office Max!

I like the store and I know I can get what I need even if I need to wait a little longer. I can handle being patient, and the people there are nice. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, always been the same.

Nice place, friendly staff, prices are a little steep. Area of opportunity - wish they had more staff, a little difficulty getting help sometimes. The staff is quite knowledgeable. It was Black Friday when we went to pick up our order. The clerks were absolutely amazing. So helpful. Thank you to the man who loaded my desk into the back of my Subaru. I know I couldnt have done it alone.

Very helpful and polite, but most of all patient. I have loads of documents that I need things done with and the staff was very helpful and didnt show any frustration with me even though it took up some time.

DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER FROM OFFICE MAX! I bought a Dell Computer at this store just to find out that 2 1/2 months later the mother board goes out. Office Max doesnt care and bears no responsibility just wants to pass the buck onto Dell with zero resolve. I was told not our problem, I guess when you take the chance of making a large purchase and one you bank on to run your business at Office Max you take the risk of getting sub-par equipment. In the pass I have always bought my computers at Best Buy and I have never had a problem with their merchandise but unfortunately I chose to stay in my community and spend my money in Apache Junction...BAD MISTAKE!

Went in to get some papers bound. The clerk took care of it immediately, but kept the other customers waiting for the 15 minutes or so it took to process (she was the only one on duty). She was also interrupted a few times by people needing to simply check out (there was no one at the cash register). The finished product was clean and easy to use.

This store location wasnt fully stocked on items I needed to purchase, but does have most basic office supplies needed. This store offers copy and print services. I believe they also have a FedEx drop off site at this location.

Nice variety of things. Hard to get someone to help you. You have to hunt them down. Otherwise its a good store

Took a computer in and had update done ; was one day later then told I would get it back and then system failure warnings popping up all over. They were contacted and wondered about what they could do to make it right??? How about using right gmail, getting it done on time ??? I will never step foot in their store again !! And that was after they instalked a Blu Ray DVD player last year that has never worked !!

I needed flyers done for a trade show and a poster, the girl who did my order was efficient and the order was done in 2 days. The poster had a problem and she fixed it in a couple of hours. Great work

Malware on my computer that my virus software did not get rid of.Hannah ,what an amazing women. She has been employed there for many years.She ran scan and returned it to me the next day. I will go back to this store for sure; if she stays there! Good job Hannah!

This stores printing department needs to up their customer service and timeliness on orders. Never on time, it always feels like you are bothering the associate working. Never impressed.

After waiting over 20 minutes in line, the clerk told me the 10-minute job would take one to three days because were sort of busy. When I asked her how long Id have to wait when I picked it up, she said I dont know you just have to come and wait and see. With customer service like that I left with my project Im done I will not be back!

My go to store for Office & Tech Products. They have a good selection of Tech Items & Support if needed. Excellent for Speedy Custom Printing & very fair prices on most items. You can also order on line & pick up at store.

Good customer service. The problem is many times they are out of products. As in, a lot of blank spots where products should be but are sold out. they havent been keeping up with ordering. They do provide a nice discount if you are a member of the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce, which is why I continue to shop there.

Not sure why the location would be garbage: its accessible from either Meridian on the West or from Apache Blvd in front.. When I have needed help I look for an employee and I ask; I dont expect them to always come to me and ask if I need help. It is generally set up as self-service which is how they keep the prices low. Before Office Max moved here we in AJ had to drive into downtown Mesa to find an office supply store. Were very fortunate to have them so close.

They are always very helpful and well get your printing jobs done as fast as possible.

Never really has a lot of people there so you will always be able to find whatever help you might need only cost $0.58 to print out a piece of paper and the employees gave me a very good deal out of kindnesses.

You always get FAST service and attention here. Theres hardly any customers, ever. Nice store, just not much traffic at all.

I come in here alot and everyone is always great but I feel like every time Brenda helps me she has a stuck up attitude and iit annoying. I think Ill start driving to power Rd when I see her working. Its that bad.

I agree with Mary Young I dont care for there customer service. Ive been in there twice to make copies and the machine will not work for me. They dont have a gaggle of customers so I cant see any problem with them asking if they can help you especially at their copy machine. I have to go make copy of a paper to mail out tonight and I really dread going in that store but the other store burnt down and those people were really nice . I dont give Office Max a very good rating in AJ . To me it seems like the people that work there dont care if customers come back Im gonna look up to see if there is a public Copy machine in AJ or Mesa close to me, beside theirs.

Im a General Contractor, and used to take all my business here and unfortunately they increased the prices for construction plans! I take my business elsewhere now! The prices are triple what they were just a few months ago! Very disappointing..Also Brenda in the Impress area is always extremely rude and not very nice to deal with.

I waited for 3 days to have two prints made and never did get it done. When we complained to the store manager about it he just made excuse after excuse.Terrible customer service and a crew that doesnt care. I would go to a different location for anything office related.

Mistie in the self-service center was the rudest I ALWAYS go there to have them print papers for me. Today I needed paystubs, This lady tells me we dont do that here and we havent the entire time Ive been here which is several years. I stopped on the way out and talked to a manager and he said absolutely you can use the self service computer or you can email them so while she was helping her customer I emailed them to her and then when she asked me how she can help me I said I needed her to print my patterns and she ROLLED her eyes at me And then got mad at me when I told her there were 3 pay stubs not just 2

I waited 45 minutes to get 14 sheets printed because the email was not receiving it and she continued on with other customers instead of taking a look and verifying every now and then whether or not the email was received or not terrible.a manager and another store member just standing around watching instead of helping her with her customers

I was looking for a certain type of storage box and it is no longer in stock, which was very disappointing. However, the staff was very professional and tried to help me with what I was looking for.

I was in that store about an hour and half ago. There were 3 employees that I saw and I was the only customer. I do not believe these good reviews. I was downright abused. And Im a Senior. Theres another printing place further up the Trail next to the high school. That is the second time in a few months I got the better than thou attitude from the girl at the printing section. Two different girls at 2 different times within months with Beverly Hills attitudes. It looks pretty much like a lost cause as far as correction from management. They really cant afford to lose the few customers they have. They may as well just leave. They are the ones who dont fit in here. Apache Junction is a wonderful place. I havent been so abused since when I left California. She really needs to be fired. I bet Im not the only one she has abused. Well Im going to pursue this. She is infecting. Do not trust these good reviews. Update. I called the next day around 12:30pm. The manager was in a meeting of course but the assistant manager offered to help. Turns out she was in the store the night before and she was the one who walked me over to find an item Id been given the wrong directions to from the girl at the printing section, Brenda. She loves Apache Junction and the people and her store. She offered to have a long hard talk with Brenda even though I told her I wanted her fired. This manager is a gem. Her name is Tina.I guess Ill have to try and get her transferred myself. Theres an Officemax further West on Southern she could transfer to maybe. Then if she keeps goingWest shell hit Beverly Hills eventually.That Tina is a real gem though. I hope for her sake the store will improve. It was better around December. Then Office Depot merged with them or whatever. Office Depot was sued so bad for treating Blacks bad its pathetic.Work local, buy local. Hooray for Apache Junction. Long may it live.

Went here to print out a paper, i couldnt email the paper to them due to a Hippa violation, so they directed me to a manager, who is the only one that could approve the file to be pirnt from my phone. I went to The MANAGER who told me i can but i wont . That was very unprofessional . I suggest to stay away from this place.
