My son joined Vision Apex 4 years ago, and the quality of the curriculum and genuine care for the students is top notch. My son has special needs, and this program helped improve his self confidence, self discipline and motor coordination. The teachers meet the students where they are and help them meet their goals. My son has started at Vision Martial Arts, Apex, NC few years back. During these years he gained tremendous amount of confidence, leadership, and true-life skills through the well-structured programs at Vision. By training with very passionate and dedicated Chief Instructor Ms. Austin, he was inspired to achieve 100s of medals in several competitions and state champion honor. Along with multiple group sessions, carving out multiple 1-1 session throughout the week with each student during this pandemic, reflects Vision’s true commitment towards its students! I truly recommend Vision Martial Arts, if you are looking beyond just learning a martial art. Give it a try, Vision do have reference/invitation based free classes.

My son has been at Vision Martial Arts - Apex, for almost 5 years. He has loved his training and instructors and loves the other students in class. We regularly get comments from others on how respectful he is around others and how he is always looking out for younger friends. I have been taking Taekwondo with Vision Martial Arts since 2013 with my son. There are many reasons we started with Vision, but mainly it was for my son to gain confidence and they have certainly succeeded in growing his confidence in himself! The reason I started was just for general fitness and to spend time with my son and to that, they have also succeeded! My son is now a 2nd Degree Black Belt and I am a 3rd Degree Black Belt and a Level 2 certified instructor.Vision is a fantastic environment to have fun and learn martial arts, but also to learn life skills such as Belief, Communication, Respect, Honesty, Self-esteem, and Discipline. These lessons are incorporated into the curriculum and training in such a way that they relate to everyday life to make it fun to learn them with the martial arts and make them great habits to live by.Training is not just for kids. Adults and Kids can be in the same classes and the lessons are tailored to both groups. The staff at Vision also does a great job of keeping the group engaged throughout the entire class. Parents are also encouraged during certain parts of the class to help as the instructor requests, so you are not just sitting there watching, you are also part of the class which is very fun, especially with the younger children.The Vision team of instructors are very professional and respectful in all communications and are also able to accommodate students of all ages and abilities. It is never too late to start your training!

Both Ms. Austin and Mr. Blomgren are amazing. They coach and motivate the kids to excel. Both my children go to the Apex center and they love working with the Instructors. Leadership Classes and the Life Skills & Qualities taught are much appreciated.

We have been with Vision Martial Arts for the last 4 years. Teachers are very good. My Son has improved a lot on his personal development, communication skills and his life skills in numerous ways.

We started at Vision Martial Arts in March 2020. Every team sport had been cancelled, well everything had been canceled! I saw a Facebook post about a free online trial. I asked my son if he would like to try it and that sparked his own vision. After a couple weeks in, We eagerly joined the Apex team and have not looked back! After only 9 months you can see the drive, the confidence and the pride that my son has developed. It is worth every penny to me!I can’t end without mentioning how above and beyond the entire VMA staff has been! Ms. Austin and Mr. Blomgren have expertly guided me through any questions, any options and have even helped me with online shopping! It certainly has been an incredible find!! We love being part of the VMA FAMILY!

Don’t go here. They keep on charging you money every month. And it’s a lot of money. One of the teachers even kicked other kids.

I have enrolled my children, both elementary school age, at Vision Martial Arts in Apex. Ms. Austin is an outstanding teacher and role model for all ages. The children are happy and are applying life lessons learned at Vision Martial Arts outside of the studio. Parents frequently attend sessions as well and are actively engaged in their childrens learning. Master Wegman is amazing with the kids and motivates them to do their best. I highly recommend this studio!

The worst ever... They keep billing me after the contract end and after I called and cancelled. This happened 2 months in a row and is still not resolved. This is totally unacceptable as are their high pressure sales tactics. Everything and I mean everything costs money and this is not the norm in the martial art community. Even worse, they hand out belts like nobodys business which is all part of the sales plan. Legal action is next for this business.
