We are so happy our daughter ended up here. Her last daycare wasnt bad, but we could tell a big difference in her attitude and overall well-being at drop-off and pick-up once we started her at The Learning Experience. Her teacher, Ms. Wendy, is amazing- she is potty training the whole class which made our job much easier, and they do a great job teaching cognitive and socio-emotional skills. The Director, Ms. Danielle, is super nice and very responsive as well. Our daughter looks forward to seeing her teacher and classmates every day. They also must be extremely hygienic because we dont have to deal with nearly as many sicknesses as Ive heard other centers have. We love this place!

My son loves it here. Staff are so responsible and respectful . I feel so at peace when I drop him off.

Being a single parent is not an easy Job and it could be hectic at times! But picking the right place to drop off on a daily basis your other half it’s even worse than that! I can’t even fully express into words how HAPPY, SATISFIED AND COMFORTABLE I feel each morning dropping off my 2year old. So far since day one, when we registered they made my child feel GREAT and she didn’t even say bye to me on her first day cause she just wanted to run inside the building,lol! 🥰 There’s not a day that my child won’t smile 😃 and be crazy to walk into the premises! I can totally say that my previous experience with another Daycare, was horrible and I couldn’t even concentrate at work bc my child didn’t want to stay and would cry her lungs out and that just made me feel terrible, I felt many bad vibes and ended up taking time off from work and looked up daycare by daycare, and I have to say that THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE has really make me feel great 😊 and worry free while I’m at work since day one! So far The staff that I have met is amazing and the Director is very nice and helpful. I say so far bc due to COVID-19 parents aren’t allow inside the building and I’ve only met the front staff and a couple of teachers who have walked my child to the front doors at pick up time. And this is another thing that I’m super HAPPY 😃 with, and worry free. They are very clean and attentive!

When I decided to return back to work I was so concerned about where to place my son. My neighbor recommended TLE. My son loved the daycare. The teachers and staff were so helpful and attentive. I expected him to have problems adjusting since he had always been at home with me. He had no problems at all, he even took a nap the first day! Ms. Vanessa had him writing and reading sight words so quickly. The owners were so nice and understanding. I had trouble getting my flexible spending account to work and the owner was so helpful and patient. I encourage you to consider this wonderful daycare. Our experience was very positive.

I love this daycare so much. We recently enrolled our baby here and I couldn’t be any happier. The owner is very hands on and will work with. This place has a family friendly environment and it’s one of the reasons I love it so much.

Our 5 year old has been at The Learning Experience since they opened their doors. We love it! The owners and staff are awesome! To top it off, our daughter is going into Kindergarten already writing the alphabet, recognizing some words, reading a little, spelling phrases like I love you, writing her name, and knowing her numbers. I go to work everyday at ease that my child is in good hands and that she will come home happy and safe. She surprises me everyday with how much she is learning from her teachers at the Learning Experience. I know she will miss the staff because Ive become attached to them as well. I highly recommend The Learning Experience.

Our family has had a great experience at TLE in Apex. Our daughter started in December 2011 when she was six weeks old. She has been well loved and cared for from the start and now learns new things each day. We are so proud of her progress. Our two year old son also enjoys all the activities at school. He is quickly developing new words and skills. All of the teachers, directors and owners are very helpful and friendly. I know my children are in good hands while I work.

Overall I liked working for the company, the thing that bothered me was the Director was unprofessional. The owners were great, and the Assistant Director was wonderful. Parents were very easy to get along with, and I could not help but be happy about going to work everyday. Co-workers, the best, you are always gonna have one, and we did, great teacher, but lazy. i enjoyed the best working with e children. –

Very happy with how willing the staff are to work with us as a team which was a big factor in deciding the care facility. Bfing and cloth diaper friendly, open to exploring baby led weaning with us and early potty training. My son loves going to school and is learning so much. Very pleased.

Before we went to TLE, we had brought our kids to a couple other places in the area and were not satisfied with the level of care being provided. Thankfully we found this place and have never looked back. Our kids love it and the teachers have been great working with them. Would recommend this to friends and family.

I really like the way my child is treated here and the staff are really awesome. Initially I was skeptical looking at the reviews but once I joined my son Everything is just fine and we are really happy

I just called to get tuition rates for my child and they refused to even give me a rate over the phone. I have called multiple different schools in the area and not one of them had an problem giving me rates.

The Learning Experience is an awesome daycare center and preschool. The teachers and staff are amazing. They genuinely care for the children and provide a wonderful learning experience.

I agree the Director was unprofessional, but the Owners are wonderful. Enjoyed my co-worker, she was great. And the Assistant Director should be the Director. She was down to earth and did not mind working with the children.

I love it here. My oldest almost 5 years old and has been going to TLE of Apex almost two years and my youngest is now 13 months and has been going to TLE since he was about 8 weeks. We have really enjoyed all the teachers we have had. The teachers are friendly and always make the time to talk about our children. Our children are growing and learning a lot and feel loved in this environment. The director and assistant director are welcoming and are always able to answer questions. The owners are wonderful and seem to know all the kids and their families. We have also made friendships with other parents/families that attend the school.

My son has been going to TLE for about a year now and we couldnt be happier. He had a speech delay when he first started and we hoped being around kids his age and the curriculum at this school would help and it has exceeded our hopes. He comes home every day with a new story about what hes learned and how well hes able to communicate it has blown us away. When he started we made his teachers aware of his difficulties communicating and they were so kind and it truly shows in his confidence.

Terrible experience at TLE in Apex. They had a change in ownership at the beginning of 2018, and things went downhill fast. DO NOT send your child to this facility. THEY ARE NOT SAFE THERE.My 4 yr old broke her arm at this facility, and they did NOTHING. She sat there for over 2 hours with a broken arm, and no one gave her any first aid, or even called us to let us know she was involved in an incident with another child and was hurt. After spending the evening in the emergency room, we notified them that she had a broken bone, and we never took her back there. By law, they have 7 days to report a broken bone to the state, and they did NOT report it. They also refuse to give us their insurance info so that we can file a claim for medical expense reimbursement. They are simply horrible and should no longer be in business.

Our family has had a wonderful experience at TLE, where our son has attended from ages 3 to 5. I know that my son is safe and well cared for at Apex TLE. The staff is always friendly and happy- which speaks to the overall atmosphere of the center. Ive noticed that staff members stick around, and there is very little turnover. The owners are great folks, who seem to really care for the staff and the children. Our son will graduate in June ready for kindergarten! I have been truly amazed at what he has learned in the Pre-k class. I would highly recommend Apex TLE to anyone looking for childcare for children aged infant to pre-k.
