They were fantastic, and my entire experience with Larabee Electric was fantastic. I required prompt service to replace an old outlet so that I could use my dryer. I was fine with waiting a week, but they went to great lengths to get someone out sooner. Their teams communication was excellent, as was the quality of their work. Im sure Ill have more work to do in the future, and Ill definitely call them when that time comes!

Larabee Electric technicians know their job, are very professional, prices are reasonable, very clean and respectful. What I appreciate the most they called and stated they had to reschedule ahead of time. They are professional and took time to explain and waited while we set up our ring in our phones. He patiently answered our concerns and guided us through the entire plan/home to ensure that we were happy with the end. Throughout, he provided guidance and experience. Larabee Electric had a great response to my call. Their customer scheduler was so nice and friendly. They called me back when they said they would. They scheduled me and then called to ask if I would like an earlier time. We scheduled this earlier time. The tech called me 30 min before arrival to alert me he was on his way. I had a busy morning juggle going so this was helpful. Brian arrived on time and was very kind and helpful. He fixed the issue and explained everything hat he did. We walked through to check the outdoor lights and then he pointed out one issue he found that I had not called about. He fixed that as well. Really Good experience from the whole team and I would call them again for help.

From our first meeting to the end of the project my electrician was excellent. He is direct ,knowledgeable and skilled. Both he worked with enthusiasm and were able to do all of the project without ever saying “it can’t be done” to my numerous and changing requests. It was a joy to feel free to ask questions. Set up and clean up was well done everyday and the work was done on time as scheduled. Excellent communication with all involved. The office staff was always aware of the status of the job. I was quite pleased with Larabee Electric quality of service. I made the appointment based on the ratings, and I was not let down. From speaking with the girl who took my call to the electrician being on time, everything went smoothly. When I asked inquiries, he was educated and patient. He was able to explain the problem and how to resolve it. Duke Energy had to replace our main electrical line, as it turned out. I appreciate the support and will contact them again if I have another problem.

I could not be happier! I had some job done to accommodate an EV charger. They scheduled an appointment and came in a week and a half early for me. They were well-mannered, on time, knowledgeable, authentic and efficient. Larabee Electric is by far the best!

Larabee Electric crew sent someone here within an hour. They answered all of my questions very thoroughly and explained everything very clearly. We had to have our entire breaker panel replaced and relocated, and he and his team did so with us going very little time without power. We had Brian come out for an estimate and to do some work. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was not at all pushy about getting all the work done right away. He presented the work and we chose what we wanted. He installed a ceiling fan that was quite difficult to do and he cleaned up after the job. We will look forward working with him again.

I emailed Larabee Electric a service request, and the technician arrived within an hour. He reviewed my requirements and placed an order for the required part. He went over the estimate with me and we came to an agreement on the price. He arrived a few days later to put in the exhaust fan. He did a fantastic job. My gas hot water heater was leaking, and I wanted an electric hot water heater because I had recently installed solar panels. As a result, I needed a 220 line installed. The electrician was quick to respond, giving me a short timeline and providing me with an estimate right away. He arrived early, installed the line, tested the water heater to ensure it had water, and cleaned up the area. He also informed me that an inspector would be present to inspect the work. I will hire Sam Electrical Services for any additional electrical work that is required.

The electrician was able to diagnose and locate the problem that was causing the breaker switch to trip after I described the electrical problem. From the online appointment and estimate to the actual day of install, everything went smoothly. On time and on budget. We had them remove old fluorescent lighting in our kitchen and replaced it with 6 new LED recessed lights. I called them and was happy that they were able to get someone out same day as we are on a tight time constraint and needed an electrician out quickly.They told me they had me on the schedule and a technician would call shortly to set up a time. I never got a call. So 2 hours later I called the company back to confirm and he said they would call me back in 30 minutes to confirm my appointment. 1.5 hours later they never called back....I found another person through Hunt Electric that was much more helpful and accommodating.

Greg was patient and very careful with the safety of my three small children. He had great patience with me while I was stuck on a phone call. He was very prompt. What a great experience from Larabee Electric! They were extremely professional and courteous. I had a tesla wall connector installed. The installation was quite challenging as the breaker panel was on the far side of the house but they managed it perfectly!! They were very punctual and were able to do a great job and clean up. Their price was very competitive and I highly recommend them!

Our technician did an incredible job. He was prompt, professional and very courteous. He installed new lights in our warehouse, and he went the extra mile and changed the light bulbs that were out in the existing lights while he was up on the lift. He wired up our charger for our forklift and put in a new receptacle in our conference room. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We could not be more impressed!

Greg did my electrical circuit inspection to find an issue. During this he found no electrical issue but was able to pinpoint it to the furnace. He also found that my service box is old and overloaded, due to old outdated connections and routing. Service may not have been done, but Greg was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely have him complete updates. I highly recommend Larabee Electric for electrical needs.

They wrapped my living room with covers for installing​ the recess lights like​ they were about to paint everything. When they were switching my chandelier, they​ suggested reinforcement​ for the​ chandler since the new chandelier was heavier​ than my old one. After seeing how professional​ and honest they are about finishing​ the job, I agreed to pay extra to do the reinforcement​. Awesome.

We had an outage with several outlets in kitchen. I called in the morning to schedule and was informed an electrician will return my call.Within less than 2 hours I had an electrician, Greg call to acquire address. He politely waited a few minutes as we made a mad dash to return to the house. Very friendly and took time to explain and answer all questions as he worked on outlets. Showing us the testing equipment and what readings should be. Not that Im planning on doing any electrical work. That will be reserved for Larabee Electric whom we are very pleased with the work.

I would not recommend ANYONE other than Larabee Electric for electrical needs. This is the third time in a matter of a year that this company has come to the rescue of not only my parents, but also to both sets of my elderly grandparents. Not only are they quick to respond, but they are respectful of your time and property and dont take advantage of you when you may already be in a vulnerable financial situation. I cant thank them enough for the thorough work they have completed for my family members and the peace of mind they have given us. HIGHLY recommend!

Greg and his staffs saved the Thanksgiving. They made a house-call at 5.00 in the morning on Thanksgiving day...quickly diagnosing the problem and providing some power until Com-Ed was able to come out. Absolutely above and beyond customer service. Many thanks!

STAY CLEAR!!!!! I called them because my hot water heater was tripping the breaker. The man showed up 30 minutes after time I was told on the phone, refused to wear a mask. Told me my breaker was bad before he even tested anything or touched the electrical panel. Told me that the hard water was causing the elements to act up even though the hot water heater and water softener not even 3 years old ($1600 softener unit with hardness less than .5) so no buildup the old softener left residue on floor drain is what he was basing all these claims off of. Anyways he wanted to install a larger breaker than recommended and I turned him away, paid the $99 and called another company. Within 2 minutes new company found a dead short on the top panel where wires come in that this guy never even looked at.

I would definitely recommend Larabee Electric. We updated the electrical in our 60 year old home, adding numerous outlets and ensuring the existing wiring was safe. The techs arrived when expected, giving us great advice and options, and took particular care to clean up afterwards. Excellent customer service and follow up to make sure everything was working well afterwards.

Today was second time when Greg provided service to our house. First time was about a year ago when he replaced all electric panel. Today he installed 2 outlets for new connectionion of water softener & tankless heater. He also today replaced on the electric panel swiches to 120V . What look very complicated and dangerous to me for Greg is easy. He fast fix all problems, provided excellent communication and information what and how it can be fix or replaced.

They did not call or show up for a Wednesday afternoon appointment.
