My son and I have been a part of the COA family since he was a baby (he is now almost 7). The team has been a second family to my kiddo and have been nothing short of amazing to us. Although we are leaving for the school year, we fully intend to be back for Summer Camp. The team along with their center director, Megan, have always treated us with such care and grace over the years. The facility is always clean and well put together. The curriculum is outstanding and I always feel like my kiddo is learning and growing while in the care of his teachers. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of center care :)

We had the WORST experience with this daycare. I’ll give you a few examples why. For background, my son started at 8-months old and has severe food allergies (milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts).1) In the infant room, they only use 2 high chairs at a time. So when other kids were eating (which was most of the day as they fed 3 times and rotated 8 children), they would put my son in an exersauser. He would be in there for HOURS at a time, no exaggeration. One day, I totaled it and it was a total of 5 hours. He was only there for 8 hours that day. When I called to express my concern, I was told this was the only option because of his allergies... this is not healthy for any kid.2) Even with all the excersauser time, there was still an incident where he ate another kid’s cornbread (food allergies)... they failed to write an incident report for this.3) They advertise that they do sign language and take the kids outside daily. They did not do any of this when my son attended for 2 months. He didn’t go outside once.4) The classrooms were shutdown 4 different times because of covid exposure while he was there for a 2 month period. My son has been at a new daycare for 2 months now and has yet to have a shutdown.5) Because of covid, you have to hand your kid to one of the front desk ladies for them to bring them to the classrooms. You get almost no interaction from the teachers. I feel like this system is more of a covid risk to our kids as those front desk workers are exposed to the entire daycare instead of just a classroom.6) This was by far the most expensive daycare. $300/week for 5 days of care for kids under age 2. Our new daycare is $235/week for your comparison. If you have the option of choosing a different daycare, DO IT!

COA has been so flexible with my childcare needs during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a nurse, they have made it possible for me to pick up extra shifts to help the hospital (i.e. patients). These times have been tough and crazy but COA has been an absolute blessing. The center director, Megan, responds very quickly to emails and is always so nice/understanding. Plus, my kid always has fun there!

Our grandson attends Children of America Appleton on a part time basis. The center director and staff are amazing. We have felt comfortable and welcome since the first day. They are always available to answer any questions we have. We are so very pleased with the care given to our grandson while he is at Children of America. The teachers give all the students individual attention. It’s nice to know that I can log in and view his classroom at anytime of the day via live camera feed. The staff uploads and sends us photos throughout the day via Tadpole. If our grandson can’t be with us during the day, Children of America Appleton is the next best option.

In fact they seem to go out of their way and above and beyond to make sure their kids and families are well taken care of and a quick at responding with concerns and questions.Keep up the great work ladies and don’t forget to take care of yourselves like you do us families!!!

I just started working at COA and I am so impressed by everything they do. Coming from a background in education this center goes above and beyond every day! Liz and Megan truly treat every employee and child like family. Every staff member works hard to make sure all children learn and thrive on a daily basis. If I had children they would be my first choice in childcare!

This school offers so much more than childcare. The daily routine and curriculum are perfect from Infant to preschool to school age. So much learning! Security features are second to none. Best value for the money after comparing other programs in the area!

In the short time our daughter has been here there is a noticeable difference in the way she speaks and learns! It is so comforting to walk into daycare knowing she will be well cared for, and safe. Every single employee I have encountered here is warm and welcoming and reinforces our decision to take her to COA.

My daughter Penelope is in the Infant A classroom with Ms. Amber. She also gets to spend time with Ms. Trisha, Ms. Sara and Ms. Dena. They all take such good care of her and provide her with SO many amazing opportunities to grow and learn. They do tummy time, listen to my concerns and let me check in on her a million times a day without making me feel like an over protective first time mom! I am very thankful for this team and would highly recommend to anyone looking for infant care.

We have three children enrolled at Children of America. We find the center most often to be very organized with qualified teachers. They provide monthly newsletters, offer open houses, conferences twice each year, holiday programs and daily reports for each child through a web application. We receive pictures of the kids throughout the day and the center offers video imaging of each classroom. They also offer a great summer camp program for older children. Its never easy to leave your kids behind, but we know they are in good hands at COA.

The teachers at COA love kids! Every time I drop my kids off, I know they are in good hands. The curriculum is enriching and grows my children academically and as individuals. We loved the camera system (Always Close By) and used it when we brought our first baby in for the first time. It was comforting to be able to see him during our work day and know that he was being loved while we were away. Now that the kids are older, we also love that the summer activities let the kids have fun and burn off energy. Friday is water day and the kids have a blast-I just wish I could play hooky from work and join them!

Incompetent staff, over priced. THIS IS NOT A LEARNING CENTER. The tour made it seem like they focus on children education, they dont. They basically just babysit your kid. They called me once a day due to my childs behavior when I asked why he was acting up they told me it was because he was learning and following the example of the other children. A teacher had to be removed from the room for yelling at him so loud. I would watch the cameras I would see the teachers on their phones while the kids played. I do not recommend. Choose a learning center otherwise your just paying for overpriced unqualified babysitters.

Our son is 3 and has been going here for almost a year now. We love it. Our son takes a while to adjust and they have always been patient with him no matter who the teachers are.Miss Waffaa was great when he started and always greeted him with hugs. It was very warming to me and Kaedyn always wanted his Wafaa! Now he has moved into Miss Haley & Miss Nicoles room and they are just as good to them. I love that they are still just as sweet to him but a little firmer to get him ready for school next year. He has learned so much from them its great to see and he always comes home talking about them. :)Of course Liz is always at the front desk in the morning full of smiles and always greats us with a Good Morning! Thanks every one at COA for being so warm and welcoming to us!
