This is an amazing driving school! We all wore masks an followed the rona protocol and socially distanced. We had such a great learning experience and we all passed our drivers Ed temps test! Ms Nitz is AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend you/your children go through this driving school!!! Great people, great communication, and great atmosphere!!! Love these guys especially Ms. Nitz (my life advisor) 🤗🤗🤗🤗

We used Tri County for both of our sons. We had the pleasure of working with both Bryan and Dave, and they both did an excellent job. They were great at keeping us informed of what skills to be working on, and were accommodating of our scheduling needs. The office staff was always very helpful as well!

Our whole class passed the DMV test and it was very professional. Mrs.Nitz is literally the best and I love her class :)

I had Ms. Nitz for behind the wheel. She was an amazing teacher and she always had something for us to talk about. She tried her best to remember things about everyone and that made the experience so much better. I learned so much from her and I will always be thankful. Every time I had behind the wheel we would always have non stop conversations. It was never boring driving with her. We had a ton of laughs. She would ask us about our lives and what was going on. She got to know all of her students. She is such a sweet and wholesome person. I highly recommend driving with her.

This is the best driving school around. The classes are taught very well, and all of the driving instructors are very good at what they do.

I recommend Mr. Gavinski! He makes the class fun and always makes sure you’re paying attention! I am very happy that I got him as a teacher because I wasn’t just bored the entire class and wanting to fall asleep. He made you WANT to pay attention! If you get Mr. Gavinski as a teacher you will be just fine!

Really helpful for learning how to drive, I became more experienced after only 2 lessons already and started understanding roads and rules of driving. It was fun, too, I was able to make friends with my instructor while still learning about what to do. The only thing that I found a little frustrating was how far away they were parked when picking me up from my school, and how little time I had to gather my things from my locker and walk whats usually an 8 to 10 minute walk, in 6 minutes. Sure, the instructors wait, but I still felt time crunched.

The driving class was very hands on and is a great way to learn everything you need to know. The instructors are extremely down to earth and they are very understanding. Behind the wheel may seem very nerve wracking but once you get there it’s easy. I have Ms.Nitz and she is externally down to earth and caring for all of her students, she will help you along the way if you need help. (As well as the other instructors)

Ms. Nitz was the best no cap. She deserves a raise. She was really nice and taught really well. Seriously think about giving her a raise she deserves.

I took a tri-county class during the covid pandemic in July- August 2020. They put the chairs 6 feet apart, sanitized and cleaned very well, and required a mask. I had Mr.Gawinski, he did an excellent job. Made the class fun but also very educational. Glad I had the experience, and thankful for the good learning! :)

During drivers ed I had Ms.Nitz as my teacher, she made the class enjoyable and something to look forward too everyday. She knew what she was doing and didn’t look miserable during her time spent with the kids. Never have I ever heard a bad thing about her. Everyone whose had her loves her. I then requested her for my behind the wheel instructor and she made me feel more relaxed and comfortable while driving. I also look forward to my behind the wheels because I get to talk to Ms.Nitz. Hands down the best! Highly recommend her as your teacher to learn to drive!

I was a student at the school and the people there were very nice and my teacher, Ms. Nitz was a very good teacher and helped me a ton with getting to know what I have to do to stay safe when driving.

I’m still thrilled that I passed the road test in the first time! Mr.Gawinski is really punctual and patient, which makes my preparing process easier during school day. I would suggest not only teenagers but also adults to take behind-the-wheel at least 3 times to make sure that you instinctively know what to do in all kinds of situations. Feel lucky that I went to the right place from the start! Thanks a lot!

For the past 100 years all of my ancestors have crashed their cars. I know I will be different because of Tri County Driving. I know how to drive now. I am an adult.

Pro: very friendly staff, instructor was knowledgeable, many options for programsCon: Online program was difficult, Missed appointments make it difficult to catch up (however this was my sons fault completely), and the instructor was very; harsh. (I think he is the owner and may need to remember that these are kids and gossip is not cool)Overall: I have been through the program several times. We always finish on time, even with missed appointment. Most of the instructors are good, it is just my opinion that maybe it comes a time to hang it up and let the business speak for itself. I do highly recommend Tri County if you want your child to actually learn!!

My daughter just completed her drivers education course and had a wonderful experience! She enjoyed the class and had very positive things to say about her instructor and class itself. I was very impressed with how much she learned! Would highly recommend Tri County Driving School!

Ms Nitz is the most favorited teacher and she has earned that title I just finished my dmv test and the way she teaches is really helpful.

Good School. I would give a 5 star, but Could be better if had online schedule so parents could add and change on weekends. Secretary was very helpful

My son just finished class with the young Mr. Gawinski and he is the best. My son would come home laughing about the stories Mr. G would tell. He said they helped him understand things much better. Mr. G keeps the students attention and really connects with them. This was super beneficial for my son, and he cant wait to start driving with him in a couple weeks. Thanks Mr. G

This place is terrible. Customers service is horrible not enough drivers to teach teenagers how to drive even if this place had enough drivers it would still sucks. Dont waste your time or money at this location there are better driving courses in Appleton area. Women who have kids of colors dont send your child here BEWARE!!

Very helpful and responsive. They are great to work with and the lessons were easy to follow and not too stressful. I would recommend anyone needing driving lessons to check them out.

My twin boys took drivers ed at Appleton East with Tri County and had no issues working through the program. The instructor worked around their sports and hectic schedule. I would disagree with a post I saw about color, as we are POCs. Judge for yourself. this is why I felt compelled to make a review. Its easy to blame others and throw the race card and its harder to own up to your mistake. That is why I use my real name. Humbly, Janai, mom of 2, POC and proud.

Very Helpful. Office is a little hard to find. Office was very informative and helpful. All 3 of my kids have gone through Tri County.

I took my behind the wheel with Tri County Driving School, and had a great experience. They worked around my sports schedule and my instructor (Mr. Rodgers) was awesome. I highly recommend.

The customer service is terrible, the communication with the parents is worse. As a parent, I like to be informed about my kids schedule. I received none of the correspondence or notifications from the school. We had a possible scheduling conflict. When I said the notifications should also be sent to the parents, Lynn (receptionist) said it was their belief that if the child is responsible enough to drive, she should be able to manage her own schedule. I was also told that there is NO WAY to get a message to the instructor during the day which also speaks to the non-existent communication here. Sadly, with very little competition, Tri-County doesnt have to care what you think.

I was having a bit of difficulty passing the road test, but after two sessions with Mr. Gawinski I had no problems. Definitely worth recommending to anyone that wants to make sure theyre ready for their road test.

This school is horrible to work with. Behind the wheel are always at least a month out. Rescheduling is even worse. Communication and customer service is less than satisfactory.

My teenager was very afraid to learn to drive and Tri County Driving School made her feel comfortable and allowed her to take her time. Thank you for helping her feel comfortable behind the wheel.

Tri County is very good with instrustineing young adults and are very understanding when you have to change your driving time and day! We have had excellent service from them, we are almost to the end of are session and we are pleased with the result !!(:)

Even though they have a supposed “cancellation policy” you can’t call on saturdays or sunday’s. My weekly work schedule comes out on saturday night, so i don’t know if i am working on monday until saturday. I was scheduled to work and had a behind the wheel, and had to pay 45 dollars to cancel since i couldn’t call until monday morning.Also, my driving instructor was MEAN and creepy. It was my first behind the wheel and first time driving ever, and he would roll his eyes and make sarcastic comments. I dreaded every appointment, and my friends agreed too. He also made you initial his schedule book across his lap, which was weird. I am the customer, and i am PAYING money to be taught how to drive so it is my right to give my opinion.

Great school for both young and older drivers.
