Stopped in to train jiu jitsu while visiting Appleton. Really friendly people and a great gym, would definitely go back next time I’m in the area. Would recommend to anyone looking to train.

This gym is badass!!! From the yellow mats to the cool picture frames. I had the privilege to attend a seminar there while visiting Wisconsin. Coach Jesse and his wife were very welcoming. If you live in Appleton or are just driving through you have to stop in train.

I was lucky enough to visit Flashback for a weekend. Everything about the place is 5 stars. Family owned, extremely clean and an incredible atmosphere. Amazing place.

I absolutely LOVE training here. Everyone is very friendly. Very family friendly environment. Great place to make new friends. Coach Jesse explains different techniques in a way that is easy to understand. If I have questions or need help Jesse and the other coaches are always willing to help me. Very diverse team with different backgrounds and experience. Everyone is willing to help eachother and learn from eachother. Ive recommended this place to my family and friends. I cant say enough positive things about this place.

I honestly cant explain how amazing the atmosphere is at Flashback and how incredible the instructors are and the entire team in general. I transitioned to jiu-jitsu from CrossFit and it was all incredibly new to me as I had never done any form or martial arts prior. To be honest, it was one of the best transitions I ever did. Its been a very positive experience for me so far, an incredible challenge for myself who got very comfortable in what I was doing before, and I have found yet another group of people to add to my support system. It truly is like family there.

Flashback is an excellent gym to train at with knowledgeable instructors who are patient and care about my progress. Ive been training jiu-jitsu with Flashback for a little over 6 months now and have absolutely no regrets about my decision to go with them. This place has a good atmosphere! Friendly and really helpful instructors are always there to push you to the limit.
