Fresh and innovative technique. Clean and friendly gym. Eric breaks down positions step by step to get a full understanding of the lesson. I wouldnt think of using reverse crucifix in my routine until he showed me how strong it was.

Eric the current owner is a great instuctor. This is great place to learn practical self-defense and get in shape. The learning environment is super friendly, so for those new to bjj or new to martail arts in general this is a great place to start. As for those more experienced with bjj this places is a great place to learn some new tricks and get some good rolls in.Also the matts are very well cleaned!!!

Good well this is Gregs son so but I loved my nebiors instructions accept when I said something funny I had to do pushups but otherwise Stevens training was great for me
