Fairly large selection store was clean they were stocking shelves

Great place for bargains. Lots of great puzzle books. Of course, all the seasonal decorations are wonderful too. Glassware and other dishes are surprisingly good. Cards are very nice and very inexpensive. Dont miss shopping there.

Good place to get greeting cards and other basics. I always know what the total bill will be, just by counting the number of items!!😃

They have a lot of different items that some or smaller dollar trees do not. But unfortunately today they were out of calenders which is what I went for 🥲 super friendly staff though and nice clean store.

Good store and friendly staff mostly. The store manager looked at the long line. About 7 people and just said she was going on break. Takes forever there sometimes. Other than ignoring waiting customers by her, the store is fine.

My first time here at this location and right away I noticed there is no organization within the store. The associates show no decent customer service at all. There was only one check out line open as well. Seemed like the associates didnt want to be there, hence their negative attitude and and bad vibes were easy to pick up on.Victoria P. you need to learn how to serve your customers better. You are one rude human, its a shame.

When we went to this store we asked an employee where we could find something and I dont remember off hand what was, but the lady with long hair blantely rolled her eyes and ignored us. So we asked again and she made it very very clear that she didnt think that we should be bothering her! Dollar tree is our FAVORITE store ever. We are very dissappointed! And we will never shop at this location! Rating negative 10 stars!!!!!

The store was a mess ,and they needed more people working. The lines were very long.

This review is for the staff. I only know one of the girls names, Victoria. Please, Thank you, or even Hello is not in her vocabulary. Not even a smile.I tried 2x now to break it by saying cheerily hi, how are you? Not a smile, just says good in her frown.I had an issue with her and another girl closing with her a few weeks ago. Neither of them would never acknowledge I exist. They blatantly ignored me while talking amongst themselves, as one of them cashed me out.Listen, people like me are why you have a job!

I was in this dollar tree today. There was a cashier that had A very difficult customer. She kept her cool and was very pleasant to the customer. He was mentally challenged and he asked her to count his change , she did it. Then he changed his mine and again she was pleasant. The lady behind me was huffing and puffing. It is so nice to see some one act mature to someone who apparently had a tough time understanding. She was an older women. Name Cathy. Please reach out to her and thank her. I understand getting rushes of customers but how the entire store reacted was inexcusable. There was a line and the checkout clerk did not call for any back up. Finally someone came and opened another line and didnt say anything about being open so all of us who had been waiting for at least 5 minutes continued to wait while he drew new customers to his line. The checkout clerk (was not wearing a name tag so I didnt not catch her name) never once talked to me throughout my whole transaction. No hello, your total is..., Good bye, have a nice day etc. Being busy is no excuse for lack of customer service. Also she wasnt wearing a facemask and just had it sitting on her chin. Disappointed in the entire stores customer service and wont be returning to this location.

Very well laid out....very clean and organized..love to just walk thru it to see what they have....and they have a lot of stuff.....but they do not carry everything....and that is why only four stars.

Good selection & nice clerks

Wide variety of selections, clean and stocked to a point. Not too many choices for holidays but at 1.00 one can make do. Customer service is okay. Cashiers are courteous, fast and somewhat friendly. Definitely a place to visit for hobbies and projects. Wide choice of supplies for art projects or creative ideas. A complete wall of fake flowers for just about every occasion. Yup, if youre a parent looking for a bargain on school supplies...this is your place...Drop by and take a look for yourself, you may be surprised.

EVERYTIME I go here the cashier is horribly horribly rude!! I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life!! Will not return! Plenty of other places to go where you do not feel like an inconvenience for them just doing their job!

Cute little dollar store. A few more cashiers would be nice. Each time Ive been there, theres been quite a wait at the register.

I would have given a 5 star but the staff has bad customer service. Two lanes were open one had more then the other so I went to the one with less people and the worker says to me Im not open in a rude tone so I moved to the other one. Noone was behind me. The next person went to the first lane and all of a sudden shes now open.

Would have a 5 Star if it wasn’t for the staff.They need better training. I was there about a week ago and the older lady I believe she is management. Sat on the phone while checking me out and complained about her staff for the day.Barely acknowledged me.Also have had bad experiences with the other cashiers and stockers too

I enjoy the dollar tree stores this one is difficult to notice if you are driving West on Northland Ave. if you dont know its there you can miss it it is in the same parking lot as US Cellular keep that in mind when looking for the store the staff is helpful !

The first couple of years it was a nice and convenient store to buy the needs. Now, with the new manager, for the fourth time, not as much. Most aisles full of boxes, and poor attitude manager.

4 because No music playing there. I get my stuff & get out. Id enjoy more & spend more time if music were playing.

Really nice, new Dollar Tree. They have a large selection and are a great place to go for wrapping paper, gift bags, and party supplies!

Price is just right for most of the stuff. I went to get some things for Valentines and this year there isnt much variety.

So just today 4/21/2018 at 5:51 pm. My nephew and I went into the store to look at their pack of pokemon cards. We went behind Check register 3 and found some there as we couldnt in other Isle besides football cards, etc. There was a cart in the way and we pushed it just a bit to expose it. The old lady who was at the cash register backed up and gave us a mean stare and told us that word for word” you know we got cards on other Iles too right?” I told her that yeah we know but couldnt find the right ones. She then turned back and kept saying “there are cards in each lane, its not like this lane is the only one with cards for you to look at. Cards are cards you can find them anywhere besides here.points to other lane like we are dumb and cant see them. Here here here and here” Taking her point I looked at my nephew who picked out 10 packs and ready to pay for them. I said along these lines and made sure the cashier on 3 heard it “you know what, we will put these back and go else where, since we can find it else where besides here.” So we put em back when we were ready to go pay. Guys i love Dollar tree I know its a great store, but really? Are these the people you choose to handle your store and the customers. I am really disappointed. This happend on the Northland, appleton Wi ,building number 421. We went to a different dollar tree where i went as kid back then, and received excellent customer service and kindness from the staffs there as usual. I will now avoid the one on Northland. Now you all will say, its not right to judge a store by just 1 person, true, but how is Not right to take her point to look at products inside store where ever we want. If what i did is wrong. Prove to me that Dollar tree has that rule stated somewhere where we have to look at Specific products at specific areas even when the product is right infront of us.
