I had an amazing experience today with Dillion at office max! My work laptop wasn’t working. Dillion was able to solve the issue! I was ready to buy another laptop, if it couldn’t be repaired. He was so professional and I never felt pressured from him to purchase another one! I would highly recommend dealing with this office max and this young man!

Great customer service with super helpful staff. Came in late with a last minute print job and they worked with me to get it done fast. Plus while I was waiting for for the project, they worked to find me a discount I didnt even know I had. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great customer service at this Appleton location. The General Manager Corbyn Williams is awesome. We needed a printer. The stock was pretty low do to COVID. I really wanted the one that was out of stock . Corbyn did a lot of research to find our phone # to call us to let us know that he got one in stock . He has a lot of knowledge and is extremely helpful. The world would be a better place if we had more people like him . Thank you again Corbyn Williams .

Worst experience from an employee ever! His name was Sam and shouldnt be in public relations. He was very rude, sarcastic, and arrogant. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

It was an okay experience. I went in for a specific item, and when I found the perfect one on the floor I was thrilled. I was less thrilled when they told me that it is not in stock and would have it delivered for free to my house. Okay, no biggie. I understand things like that happen. I offered to buy the floor display in order to save them the hassle and I was told they are not allowed to do that. When we were going to put in our order at the kiosk they now see that it is not available for delivery. After a little research by the manager the warehouse is no longer going to make this object and they gave me an option of buying the floor display now. I just feel like if the warehouse would have told this store that they will no longer make this display then it could have saved us all time and a little frustration. All in all the store employees were helpful but I just feel like I got the run around a little bit.

Clean, organized and full of supplies. I went in looking for ideas for Christmas and there are tons that anyone would want. Their clearance section is also kept up and clean, making it easy to shop.

Extremely helpful! I had forgotten my rewards card and what type of printer ink. Manager was able to look me up and solve my problem! So appreciated!

Not much to say. Its an office store. Prices are higher than most big box retailers, such as Walmart, on same items. However, you can get more/different/hard to find items at office department stores than big retailers.

Always a vast array of items for the office and home. I love to check out the clearance areas for small gifts and stocking stuffers for Christmas! Very helpful staff also.

Almost every time I order online for store pick up, even though their website says it is in stock, I will get an email that the item is not available. They do very poorly at either updating their in stock inventory or are very bad at stopping retail theft.

Helpful staff. Prices on outdated calendars with two or 3 months use left are obscene! Prices tend to higher than Office Depot. Even clearance items are higher than 1 would ecpect.
