Cabrillo has a beautiful and easily accessible campus with good biking, driving and bus options right at the welcome center steps.I’ve been taking classes here for various programs for 3 years now. Every staff member I have interacted with has been helpful, kind and knowledgeable!There are so many wonderful classes and great professors!Cabrillo is so much cheaper than a big university and offers excellent transfer opportunities!I definitely recommend looking at rate my professor when choosing classes as not every professor is incredible, however, I have never met a bad one.

Beautiful campus. Especially if youre looking to just be surrounded by a bit of nature without being too far off the beaten path.

The school is almost completely shut down due to COVID. As far as I can see the welding and PE classes seem to be the only classes in session on campus. There is no parking enforcement and few cars to be enforced. Ive seen a number of families using the empty parking lots to teach youngsters to ride scooters, bikes, or skates or play with remote control cars.

Good enough school and interesting classes when I have manged to take them. On the other hand the web based registration process is brutal! Forget it. Ill take a class online someplace else for all the complicated twists, layers and lack of help!

Cabrillo College Dental school is the best place! To get my x-rays and cleaning is only 27$ and they are so thorough , and then a teacher checks it, so you know youre getting perfect work done..and ya cannot beat that price!!

Cabrillo is truly a Community College. Offering classes in almost every genre and field of study, it is a great community resource. The only issue Ive seen come up in recent years is funding, from the perspective of the College being forced to cut programs and full-time staff and instructors due to a lack of, as well as that of the home owner looking at the prospects of a higher tax bill due to any number of measures or propositions on the ballot.When it comes down to it, Cabrillo really is worth the money. Money, at times, comes down from the state level at a trickle. In order to maintain a world class campus with an excellent array of STEAM classes and instructors, a local source of income for the College is a necessity.Cabrillo exerts such a high standard of College education for Santa Cruz, Northern Monterey and San Benito Counties. It is an excellent step in a goal towards a College education, whether the pursuit is for an Associates Degree or as a step hold for a Bachelors Degree at a four year institution. Community Education is a must! Cabrillo is a go-to for one off classes and continuing education. It is an institution that is well worth supporting.

Cabrillo community College Is not only for higher education, but also life long learning, and entertainment. It hosts a farmers market, a plant sale, it also has a stage for plays and concerts.

Cabrillo college is one of the premier community colleges in the state, if not the country. The facilities are mostly new and renovated, and beautiful to say the least. If you have classrooms in the upper part of campus you have a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, but this is not what the review should be based on.In my experience at cabrillo college, the teachers are wonderful. Many of them are off duty ucsc or San Jose State professors getting work on the side.This college has many top notch programs including fire tech and nursing. Mr schwinge the fire tech professor was my favorite of all. Great program!
