Great place to learn to dance. Tango classes are some of the best around and I have tried lots of other teachers. Brandon does an amazing job teaching tango.Beginner classes are Saturday morning at 11 am.

I gave it 5 stars. I was there tonight and I was very impressed with the place and the owners are very nice and have patiences. I felt at home. I will be taking lessons more then once I been to other dance studios and I didnt rate them at all.My boyfriend will be going next time. I was explaining to him about lessons and he said U look like u had a good time. I sure did. 👌👏💃🎶

If I could give a ten-star review, I would. Brandon and Laura are excellent dance teachers in several different styles of dance, and they also throw very fun dance parties several evenings each month. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, this is an excellent dance studio for you. Bob Brennan

I take the argentine tango classes here. They have a good size floor that would be perfect for praticas or milongas. Wish there is a pratica after the Saturday class tho

Good Place To Start Dancing

Love this studio. For me it is so conveniently located with plenty of free parking which is a huge plus for me.I started going here by a classmates recommendation who went to every single Argentine Tango class in San Gabriel/Burbank are and rated Brandon Kwaes class the highest. I am happy to report I was not disappointed. I have gone to many classes around this area too and have come to the same conclusion.The studio is nice and roomy with mirrors so you can easily correct yourself. Brandons teaching style is a pitch perfect mixture of technique and steps so even though this is an incredibly difficult dance, you always feel like youre stepping forward, pun intended. He is very friendly, easy to approach and open to questions. The classes, which I have been attending for close to two years is full of people with no attitudes (even though there are several ballroom champions - taught by Brandon - in the classes) and each class is filled with laughter.If you have fallen in love with this dance as I have and want to learn it, the Sonata Room is a great place to learn and get privates as well. Plus there are Milongas each month so you can show off your new moves, enjoy performances from world reknown Argentine Tango masters while enjoying homemade vegan friendly Hors doeuvres.
