Great , family , & friendly place to train with world class instructor s. (Realistic self defence)...I have trained under top professional martial artist from out west and both east and west coast instructors have came to train at this academy. Vast Knowledge in mix martial arts.

A very positive experience for me and my adult children. Even my grandchildren did well. My son is now a black belt. Lots of one on one instruction. A comfortable environment to learn and grow.

Is a semi private school unlike a retail type of martial arts school that are trying to make a profit. the instructors teach because they enjoy what they do by spreading realistic self-defense skills.
