Helpful staff.All staff wearing masks correctly. Hand hygiene appeared to be taken seriously. I was very pleased that they even have large signs requiring masks of customers. It’s great to see a business taking the health of the community seriously!

I always go here. As soon as I walk into the store. They say do you have a mask umm no should not have to wear it if I don’t want to wear it. The workers have them on so they are fine. Not a big deal

$60 to scan a 40 page document into a PDF, at a self serve machine, with no printing? Come on.

Horrible, worthless employees! Every visit for the past 1.5 years have found consistently lazy and unhelpful staff and after 4 times of trying to self-print job each time staff just hitting some sort of reset and NEVER ATTEMPTING to help I gave up. Take your business elsewhere or buy online. Hopefully if this pandemic has any consequences it will be to shutter Staples in Ardmore or at least clean house!

Never again, not this location. As a previous person said, the printing department is pretty sad. I walked in and interrupted a conversation between an older woman and a very hateful young girl. The younger girl waited on me and made it very clear that her specialty is not customer service. She actually charged me $4.00 to make 2 cuts on one sheet of what I had copied and laminated. It took her longer to find the code to use to charge me the $4.00 than it did to make the 2 cuts. And she really enjoyed it when I questioned the charge. The department is sad, and that young gal must really be sad. Ive used Staples at multiple locations in my travels and I will continue to, but never again this location. $.69 for a copy, $1.89 to laminate, $4.00 to make a couple cuts.

Helpful in buying new computer. We went in a week ago with an issue with a 9 years old computer and they were very helpful with the reset so we could save the info on it to place on new one.

I had an employee follow me around the entire store. I even changed directions a couple times to see if it was a coincidence. But it was not, for he too also changed directions. So I politely asked him if I could help him, he responded back rudely and got a tone with me. I asked to speak with his manager. When the manager got there it was a two on one battle and not in my favor. They both declined my story and when I said so you allow your employees to speak rudely to your customers and he said Ive known Jimmie I think, some old fart, a long time and hes never been rude to anybody. Bottom line, wont be back unless you want to feel like you are trying to steal something because thats what they insinuated to me. There are plenty of other places to shop that know customer service and treat you with respect in this town, so I will do my shopping else where. Staples needs to do some house cleaning as far as staff is concerned.

Will not be forced to wear a mask. Unless it is state mandated I will not do it just because a store employee tells me to. Sorry, I will shop elsewhere or go to Amazon.

I called and ask about a certain item and the person that i talk to said they got 3 left. Then i told her to reserved it for me coz i have to drive 2hours from my house to their location. She got my name and said ok. I got there and told me theres nothing left.... Wth like seriously???? I drove for 2 hours for nothing.... Im so disappointed!!!! Never again....

The copy & print center leaves alot to be desired. First time there for getting our pamplets for our veterans center fundraisers took over 7 hrs. (only 23 pages) & I had an appointment set up & was first customer in the door but they take on lots of work & leave yours hanging,no one just working on a project ,they have one person typically is all that is there so walkins or anything comes up they leave what ever they are working on it to handle what ever comes up Second time back they were to do the same pamplets again & this time they used cheap paper & just made copies so the high resolution images given to them on a thumb drive were not utilized thus the images were really poor. I waited over 3 hrs this time & had to leave.WE live over 30 miles away. Our sectatary picked them up after 3 days waiting & 3 phone calls asking them to complete said work. When i got them finally I realized what a poor job had been done, I called within 2 hrs to let them know, they said they would make it right. I went back to get the work redone the next week & they were moving & had no time for me. I got busy & was about 40 days later I called to set up appointment to get them to honor there commitment to redo the work they were paid for that they did so poorly. I was told to much time had passed & they may give me a little discount but would not do any more than that. We are a non profit group for veterans & spent well over a $1500 thus far in that store getting these pamphlets & presentation boards, Banners etc done .I will not return. Simply put if you have a high end job & want expert service & quality & be appreaciated i suggest you go elsewhere. If veterans would of served there country in this fashion,Staples might of been making facist & communist banners today in lieu of the freedoms they enjoy.
