Great place and professional coaches. One of the best gyms for kids to learn gymnastics. Must visit, wont be disappointed.

Rise Up is a great place for gymnastics! They have great coaches who are dedicated and work hard with helping children become great gymnast. My daughter loves going to Rise Up! Because of their extensive training and my daughters confidence and determination she was able to place 1st place in the past competition. I recommend Rise Up for gymnastics training.

I love this gym especially for tumbling. Theres a good coach to student ratio and their coaching is exceptional. They have thee trampolines, a tumble track, very nice gymnastics equipment, rod floor and a spring floor. Their staff is super friendly and nice. They make it easy to pick up on new skills! I really really really recommend this gym.

We LOVE Rise Up. Our daughter started about 2 years ago, her progress is a direct effect of the hard work the coaches put in day in and day out. The coaches work hard to ensure the kids are learning the skills correctly and safely. We highly recommend Rise Up to anyone who has a child interested in tumbling, trampoline, gymnastics, or dance!!!!

This is amazing place!The instructors are great, strict, committed and they really love to work with our kids. Sometime they can be hard on kids, but it is because they care and they want to teach them correct way of doing things. There are lots of things you can write online and a lot of things you can fake, but you can’t fake results. Rise Up Academy is The Best! I am saying that not only because the results from the competitions are great, but because my two kids love to go there and practice every day!

My daughter has been part of Rise Up competitive team from the very beginning. Being on any team with Rise Up requires quite a bit of commitment, but the feeling of belonging, the feeling of doing what’s best for your kid and the pure joy you see in those eyes when she archives a goal or wins first place at a competition, makes everything so so worth it. The instructors are amazing, strict, committed and they really love those kids. They’ve proven that time and time again. Yes, they can be hard on them and at times, uncompromising, but it is because they truly care, and there is nothing better than that. And at the end...results are inevitable...There are lots of things you can write online and a lot of things you can fake, but you can’t fake results.

Im reading the previous review and I cant believe my eyes. The front desk lady is the nicest person you can ever meet. Always trying to help everybody, always friendly and accommodating. Me and both my sisters take classes at Rise Up and she is like a second mom to us and the academy is like our second home.

I very highly recommend this place! I have been actively participating in classes since the very beginning when this place opened 5 years ago and I am always proud to say that I train there. They started with 50 students and one training facility and 5 years later there are probably more than 200 students and three training facilities! I have been reading the last reviews and some people were complaining about certain issues but every club or studio or gymnastics center has their good qualities and bad qualities. I find that there are more good than bad here at this place! I have been on their competitive team for 5 years and I absolutely love the support that is given towards competitive team members. I love going to the competitions and showing the other studios what we are capable of! I am so proud to see what this place has become! RISE UP IS THE BEST AND REMEMBER.......THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!!!!!!!!

We love rise up. My daughter needed a challenge and a little more one on one attention than she was getting at her previous place. Ms. Sue is excellent at teaching the details that matter and is very patient with the girls. Ms. Laura is an amazing coach. She is good at making the most out of class and taking time with each girl. My daughter has learned so much in the few months she has been here. My toddler also attends the preschool class which is nicely structured.

My son has been enrolled for little over a month now. Even in that short period of time Ive seen incredible progress. He LOVES IT! Staff and all the instructors have been nothing short of top notch! Highly recommend!!

We love Rise Up! My daughter was ready to take her tumbling to the next level. We tried many facilities in the area and none gave her the attention and guidance she needed. In 6 months they have helped her master many skills beyond her cartwheel and round off, including back hand springs and back tuck. We have been so impressed by the hard work, the dedication of the coaches, the recitals, the parade float, the day camps and slumber parties! Everything about Rise Up Academy is too notch!

Im a gymnast at rise up and I learn skills very fast. Coaches are very kind and helpful. Front desk lady is very kind. We compete 🤸🏼‍♂️🎽🏆🥇. Its a wonderful place !!!

Dont bother! Many other places with much better treatment, front desk lady seems to hate her job. Coaches are good, but need more experience dealing with small children, not all only one in particular. Only did three sessions and had enough.

We have been coming here for almost a year now. We took few different gymnastics/tumbling classes through the year & she likes them all. They have many classes for different age groups in gymnastics, tumbling, trampolines, dance & taekwondo. The class sizes are pretty good. They also have competitive teams if you looking for more than just recreational classes. I see such improvement in everything she does. She loves this place. We came from a park district class where she learned absolutely nothing to doing proper rolls, bridge/back bend, handstand and other skills.The price is very reasonable & you get discount for multiple classes. The coaches & stuff is very friendly, understanding & accommodating. They also offer summer camps.Overall I like this place & I am happy with the choice we made - my only suggestion/dislike/comment is the main restroom - it needs a total makeover - other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place.I recommend it to everyone :)

My daughter LOVES Rise Up! She started with regular recreational classes and quickly moved up to join the competitive team. Very clean facility and caring staff.

We have been with Rise Up Academy for several years now and have nothing but good things to say about the club and the coaches. They work hard and get all the first places in all of the competitions be it dance, tumbling or gymnastics. Coaches have good work ethics and results to back it up with. Maybe it’s not easy, but it’s so worth it! Love this place!!! My daughter feels like home there and I can’t imagine our lives without RiseUp being a part of it.

Love that the girls are always kept active. So many other programs the girls are standing around waiting their turn! Love that they learn the proper way to do things!

An incredible staff, very friendly and professional. Both of my kids 3 and 6yro go there at least 3 times a week. They both love it and are always looking forward to going back.

One out 7 coaches actually gets down with their own bodies to show the kids exactly what they are suppose to do in these gymnastics classes. The rest stand there, yell at the kids or talk to each other drinking never ending coffees. One or two dance instructors actually dances to show explain to the kids what and how to do the dance move.The hip hop dancer is always pissed off that the kids dont know anything or dont practice at home, when obviously they are school age kids with homework and come to THIS class to learn, not to learn at home by themselves. Is this fun for the kids to make them feel insufficient? She hated kids.Very Obvious the Bulgarian kids, their friends kids or especially their own kids are favored.

I agree with the person who said that front office hates her job or just doesnt know how to greet clients to be polite and take care of business. Always looking tired and unhappy. Just like the coaches who own the plsce, not concerned to say hello to be nice to paying clients. My daughter transfered here from another gymnastics and she and I noticed that each class was not challenging, same thing day to day, week after week, month to month. There was no progress. We transfered to Lake Shore and she was put on a team right away, and her skills are improving. She loves being apart of a girl team. Nothing like it. Not like being outcasted at Rise Up for no good reason. Lake Shore is the same price and the coaches are on the floor , beams, bars and trampolines sweating equally like the kids instead of leaning on the walls or sitting down and shouting command at the girls.
