My daughter has a complicated schedule, sports in the fall, and school comes first. She took the Arlex class at Belmont High School and just got her license. My take on scheduling is that it works better for all IF cancellations are called in as early as possible. Other schools charge $40 to cancel - Arlex does not charge for cancellations.

I took Arlexs Drivers Ed course over 6 months ago, and got my learners permit a month later. Im legally allowed to get my license in November of this year, but my observation and driving hours are yet to be completed, based mostly on Arlexs lack of organization. I would sign up for observation hours during my frees at my high school, and theyre supposed to pick you up and drop you off out front in an hour. Sometimes I would be waiting and waiting and they wouldnt show up, or they would be a solid 15-20 minutes late, making me late for my classes when I got back. When I would call to complain, the owners were always very rude and said it was a simple mistake and to just book another hour. But every time I would try, they would say how they were booked for the rest of the week, and that I should call back later. I was also unimpressed by how they would never return calls from messages I would leave on their voicemail. Overall it has been very disappointing and I cant wait to be done with it.
