This daycare should have 5 stars. My daughter absolutely loved it here ! Sadly she had to stop going because of family issues. But all in all I love this daycare Lillian is the sweetest person ever. And the employees there are amazing. My daughter will be going back ASAP.

Great daycare community. Well ran and well looked out for. My son has learned a lot from the center after only attending a week he went from crying cause he didn’t want to go to crying cause he wanted to😂. I Definitely trust the staff they are so dependable and kind to my kids and to me. If you want your child to learn and have fun while at daycare this is definitely the place for you.

I´m going to soon enroll my son and we are excited!!! Also by reading these reviews I feel very confident about my baby going there. He is 3 and very loving of other kids. i cannot wait!

I’ve personally brought up my concerns to both Amir and Nicole and was pushed to the side and fed excuses. They don’t follow a schedule, they don’t follow a curriculum like they say, the food is horrible and they make new meals out of scraps/old food because they can’t afford to have fresh new food everyday. Masks weren’t mandatory idk about now...but no one washes their hands the way protocol calls for. Employees are hired without background checks and/or little to no experience...because they need “warm bodies” Since the turnover rate is so high and they can’t keep up. They aren’t trained well, they’re thrown into classrooms on the first day... and usually leave do to being overwhelmed in an unfamiliar setting. Non professional. The manager Nicole has yelled, screamed, and cursed at employees in front of the children (more than once) Getting ready to fight one of the employees in front of children. The behavior at lilians is condoned so that no one quits. The staff here is very unprofessional as a whole. It’s all about money. The classrooms are always out of ratio because people call in and there’s no one to cover. They accept new kids when they don’t have the room to. They don’t disinfect everyday. I mean the list goes on. Every bad review you’ve seen is 100% true. I wouldn’t even bring my dog here. There’s no quality, let alone care. Violations are made daily. Claims can, and will be met with evidence. Easily. Along with testimonies. What should be bothering you, is that Amir, Daisy, and Nicole can deny all of this and sleep well at night. It’s sad. Really.

This daycare was highly recommended by a co-worker whose son attends here. My son began attending here in March, and his development has greatly improved. He is warmly received every morning by Ms. Nicole, and his teachers Ms. Stephanie and Mr. Ray do a fantastic job. The entire staff works as a team to ensure the children are well nourished and nurtured. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Lilian’s learning center has been an amazing extension of our family. When just moving to Texas in August it was important to find childcare for our two boys. Ms. Nicole is very informative and you can tell after the initial visit how invested she is in all of the kids. I was surprised that not only do they offer childcare but family events and date nights. With my oldest son is elementary school it is great to be able to drop both boys off in one spot and know that I can depend on them to drop off and pick up my son from school. It is easy to see how much the kids love the teachers after just a few days. Ms Lauren is always dancing singing or reading to my youngest from what I see at pick up time. Ms Allison is great with the school age kids she is always making the kids feel special with prizes and awards. The summer camp schedule is filled with many field trips and learning activities. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone I know.

I been working at Lilian’s Learning Center for over 4 years and it’s been Great, I love my kids, I love My boss and all my coworkers. I’m the Pre-K3 Teacher and I just love to watch my kids learn new things and I love to watch them grow. Being around kids made me realize how much I love being a teacher. My kids are like my babies, I’m here to teach them, guide them to better things. I recommend this place, it’s like a second home to our kids we love them as if they are our own. I highly recommend this daycare. My twins will be going to this center. The staff are very professional and the classrooms are so inviting. I love the fact that the learning curriculum is amazing.

This child daycare is wonderful very family oriented. They have taken care of my three boys for a while now and I feel they do an excellent job. I love knowing they are teaching my baby the necessary skills for his developments. Also they always have great fun activities for my older boys to do after school. They always have great events to bring the family more envolved in at the center to see what they are teaching the kids daily. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. I trust them greatly with my babies. Also they are very flexible on the hours with being open earlier and later than most day cares. Also they provide all 3 meals and snacks for the children. Lillians is the best child care in Arlington.

I just recently toured here and you can tell off the bat, it’s a very welcoming and home feeling center. The teachers seem to truly care for their kiddos and Nicole has been a ton of help. Looking forward to my kiddos attending here.

My two children have been attending Lilian’s since summer of 2017 and this place has been God sent! The staff is great and consistent! The Director Ms. Nicole is always there to greet you. My kids love the food and my wife loves that it’s freshly made daily, but in all hands down they have two of the best Pre-k teachers out there Mr. Ray and Ms. Stephanie! Thank you guys!

My 4 year old has been going here from Sept 16. Always friendly and clean. The head teacher in his class Mrs Nicole is super awesome. He is always singing and comes home asking to go back. Staff is very polite and director and her husband always provide great feedback. Price is also very affordable!!

I feel very comfortable leaving my son with the staff of this daycare. They are magnificent people that I have become very attached too. They treat my son so well it melts my heart. They love on him and make sure he learning a lot and enjoying his day. Some days I dont take him in and his teachers genuinely miss having him present.I love this place! They have an awesome playground, the kids are always doing activities and they eat really well too 3 meals and 2 snacks everyday. Some places dont really take care of your kids, but here they treat your child like their own.It feels good to bring my kid in everyday because the staff it so happy, cheerful and awesome. Sometimes my son does not want to leave. I have 100% confidence in Amir the owner and staff.

This place gets it right. They don’t just keep your kids busy while you work, they are interested in the development of your child. I appreciate the way that they care for my kid the way that I would. My son has thrived and absolutely loves Mr. Ray. He brags that his teacher is a Dinosaur DJ, lol, referring to the fact that he dresses up as a dinosaur and plays music for them at events. Love this place.

As teacher and parent I feel hands down this facility has proven to be an outstanding place of business. My daughter loves coming here, the staff treat her like family, and not just because I work here but because its every student here. Our staff is very close and always there for each other. Every child that walks through that door has a different story, and finding out who they are is one of the best parts of my job. Lilians is a second family in my life and couldnt ask for more. I recommend lilians to anyone.

I was given a tour last week and the facility is wonderful. All of my questions were answered, the building was clean and had security measures in place to keep people out and kiddos in.

I love the teachers here! Our son started here last year and he learned so much in that year. It was a change we saw with in a few months of him being here. He started to expand his vocabulary and learn his alphabet. He is now in the pre-k 4 class and can do simple subtraction.Our 7 week old just started today and hearing how all the teachers were spending time with her and holding her makes a difference. It is easy to drop your baby off when you know she is loved at her home away from home.

My sweet girls have attended Lilians for a year. My 3 year old has blossomed. I adore Ms. Nicole, the Director, who always has a smile on her face. Thank you Lilians staff!!

To say the staff is truly amazing is an understatement. My daughter was about 6 months when I was forced to make a decision between continuing to allow my cousin to watch her and be ok with her just sitting her in front of a Tv and not interact with her much or to enroll her in Day care. Given that there is a lot of negative videos and stories I have heard I felt terrified to consider the option of leaving her in a day care. It is now 6 months since I enrolled her and I will have to say it was one of the best decisions I have made in the past year. Nicole truly listens to the parents concerns, Brittney, Kirsten and Mrs. Susan care for my little girl as she was part of their family. Truth is every child is cared for and given the attention they all desire. My 9 year old is excited to start their summer camp this coming up Monday and I am confident she will love it just as much as her little sister does.

My son ABSOLUTELY LOVES this daycare!!! He has been going for over a year now. He had a blast over this SUMMER and enjoyed all the activies and field trips. The staff is always so nice and the owner is awesome!!!

My Son And Daughter Went Here, They came home constantly With Dirty Noses and Dried up Bugers, As Well When I would go pick them up Other kids would Have Snot Running down they Nose, I Did Not like the Way my 2 Year old was Changed, watched her teacher change her one day when i picked them up, she had my Daughter hold the wall and she changed a Poop diaper like that, Wiped her While Standing holding the wall From Back To Front, When its supposed to Be Front To Back, Probably why My Child kept Coming up With Rashes, My Son Kept Coming Home With Excess Poop From earlier in the day On him, like they werent Cleaning him correctly. Told Director but All She did Was Fast Talk Me, and Made Excuses up For her Workers, She was Very unprofesional. Never anybody in Front Office when You entered the Building. The Hall Where the Two year Olds had class Always Smelt Like Pee. I Believe One of them Violently Grabbed My Child Because she came Home with Two scratches on her upper arms. Needless to Say they Only stayed for A Month Or So And then I Removed Them. Very unsatisfied with This Day care. Also My Two year old Went there knowing how to use a fork and Spoon, left there using her Hands.

My children have gone to this location for the 2016 school year! Up until the recent management and teacher changes it seemed to be a decent (not great) daycare. They advertise open until mid-night and open on saturday this is false. Both the atire of the staff and professionalism has become poor. I really do like the convenient location and the fact they pick up from my childrens school however due to recent events and how it has been handled I will no longer be using this facility.

My children have showed so much improvement since they started here 3 months ago. I have 5 kids and they are loving it. A lot has changed since the previous management. Mr Amir and his wife daysi are there full time now and things are so much better. There is now permanent full time teachers with each age group, great lesson plans and curriculum now and my kids say they love the food, they always giving out seconds to them. Mr Amir is an amazing person, he truly cares about each parents circumstances. Past management is gone for good and as long as Daysi and her husband are there my kids will definitely be there!!

Easily the best daycare center in all of Texas.

My 4 year old went here while i worked here for about 4 months. I as a parent, did not like this daycare. Reasons being... My son always had a different teacher, was mixed with ages younger then he was sometimes (2s, sometimes 1 year olds) , never had a curriculum, hardly did any projects or arts and crafts, and they ate the same things everyday for breakfast lunch dinner and snack. Never anything different. Breakfast is cereal every morning (the same kinds) lunches and dinners was always either lasagna, chicken and rice, sloppy joe, spaghetti, hamburger helper type stuff... Like literally everyday. Even sometimes they would eat what they had for lunch for dinner the same day. And always either corn or green beans and always either mixed fruit or peaches out of can. And snack always consisted of animal crackers, pretzels, cheese its or graham crackers! With either orange or apple juice... Kids even my son would always complain of eating the same food all the time. Thats why i, as a parent, didnt like my son going here.

It is not just a daycare it is the second home for my daughter. I am already 3 years old with them it is a nice warm place for my daughter. She loves this place and the people there are very kind and for me it is very important that my daughter is at home. I recommend this place to the parents. Thanks to everyone at Lilians daycare.
