If it were just for their program, Id probably give the school 4 stars. Its a great school with (comparatively) reasonable fees.However, trust is hard to earn and easily lost. Earlier this year, we noticed the school had overcharged us for last years school fees. In itself not a biggie, mistakes can happen - although it makes one wonder why their accounting team did not catch the mistake themselves. Now, thats the point where things derailed quite a bit: despite numerous emails, voice mails, two registered letters, a trusted person talking to the owner, the school never got back, or even reimbursed us.Only after my wife personally showed up at the school (which required a vacation since we had moved out of town), the owner finally paid us back. Strangely, he claimed he had never received any of our communication.

The toddler program is taught by a very experienced professor and I love how they involve the families. My toddler is to start with them in September 2017, but they are organizing cook outs and home visits in August so the transition is easier for them.
