Ive had the pleasure of being involved with Sparkles! for about 8 years (from 2012 - 2020) with two children. I can say my experience was nothing short of amazing. The overwhelming majority of the leaders and teachers were phenomenal. I had no clue what to expect from a daycare when my 4 month old started back in 2012 but I felt extremely comfortable leaving my son there. The ability to watch my son on the camera throughout the day (especially at the younger ages) is PRICELESS.Specifically, both of my sons were taught by Ms. Lupe. Ms. Lupe and I remain friends to this day. She is ALWAYS polite, caring, and protective over my children. I felt like I had a person who was always thinking of my children and what was in their best interest (from crawling, to first words, to walking, to reading, etc.). I can truly say my experience at Sparkles! was such a positive one because of Ms. Lupe.

Its only been one week since my daughter has been at Sparkles and I cant imagine sending her anywhere else! From cleanliness to promptness, I love this center! My daughter is in Infant I, with lead teacher Ms.Nina. Her and her staff are nothing short of the sweetest people that Ive ever met. I would say that my daughter is VERY independent but she has been having a hard time adjusting to naps at school but they are so patient and continue to work with her on it. In infant classrooms you do have to wear booties over your shoes because they spend a lot of their days on the floor. On Tuesdays they do water play, and all throughout the week they do lots of other sensory projects. They update their app regularly and I did pay the extra $35/month for the camera (mainly because Im a first time mom LOL). The Directors made the enrollment process very easy and made me feel soooo comfortable!!! I would 10/10 recommend this center to anyone looking in the area. Worth every penny.

My daughter has been attending the Crystal City center since she was about 3 months old. Every single teacher is amazing and makes you feel welcomed. For those who are finishing up maternity leave, know that the infant room staff are wonderful. They understand the separation and make you feel at ease. They provide updates and send pictures through the Bright Wheel app.The infant II room teachers are wonderful as well. I love that they taught my daughter to sign more and a few Spanish words. They do an excellent job preparing them for the toddler room.The toddler room teachers are a blessing. The 1 1/2 to 2 year room is fun and busy. The teachers are very hands-on learning, from activities and projects, to reading books and exploring.The Preschool teachers are friendly and take the time to say hello to my daughter even though she wont be in there classroom for a year or 2. I know that this will definitely play a roll in making the transition to each of the classrooms easier as she knows them.Ultimately, this what I love about Sparkles! , they put your childs need ( and who am I kidding some of us mommas too) first and making life just easier, especially in the word we are living in now.

I sent my12 month baby girl to the Infant 2 Class. Her teachers (Ms. Lucia, Ms. Ana, and Ms. Brenda) take care of her very well. They are patient and very professional. My baby girl spends a good time with the teachers and her friends there.

Ive had a wonderful experience with my children attending Sparkles! Crystal City. The teachers and staff are professional, friendly, and always focused on what is best for the children in their classrooms both in terms of health and safety and in terms of early childhood development. They are great about proactively communicating with me throughout the day with updates about what my children are up to each day, which gives me peace of mind. Ive watched both my children grow and develop new skills over the years and would highly recommend Sparkles! to anyone looking for quality childcare in a student-focused environment.

My son is in the Infant II classroom. His teachers (Ms. Tania, Ms. Lucia, Ms. Ana, and Ms. Brenda) are so helpful, loving and kind to all of the children in the classroom. They truly foster an environment where my son is learning and developing new skills while receiving quality care each day. He loves going to school and spending the day with his teachers and friends!

As a brand new mom, I was very nervous about leaving my little man, then 4 months old, with just anyone, especially during this pandemic. However, the moment I met Garlene and the infant I/II teachers (Nina, Zorayda, Ericka, Sabrina, Lucia, Tania, Brenda, Ana, Marta), I felt a great sense of relief.The teachers are very patient, loving, and knowledgeable. Their cheerful, positive attitudes shine through when instructing the children. Their curriculum promotes social well-being and will help your loved one both emotionally and intellectually. Also, many of the teachers are bilingual so your little one could potentially learn multiple languages - so amazing!Some of the perks Sparkles! offers are live updates about your child, photos of your little one, and an end-of-day summary. They also provide a live video feed so you can check-in on your loved one wherever you are. On top of all of that, you’ll receive homemade crafts throughout the year that your little one has completed!Also, health and safety is a priority at this facility. Sparkles! staff implements temperature checks upon arrival, hand-washing throughout the day, equipment cleaning, and provide shoe coverings for staff.Again, the staff at this facility go above and beyond to make sure that each parent and child are welcomed, informed, and given the very best of care. If you’re looking for a home away from home then look no further because you’ve finally found it!

We love Sparkles! The team is extraordinarily kind, caring and wise. They have helped our family as our kids have progressed from Infant 1 to pre-K. Our children adore their teachers and the teachers are always creating new ways to build our kids’ learning and creativity: our boys are always bringing home art projects.

Sparkles has great teachers and staff. Ms. Lupe, Ms. Yeisy and Ms. Maria are some of son’s favs. They are knowledgeable, kind and fun. Ms. Lupe does a superb job updating me on my son’s progress. It gives me lots of peace of mind.The Center has the option of WatchMeGrow video , which parents can check in to see their little one. The Director of the center knows all the kids and parents and does a wonderful job providing updates and communicating anything that is important. I am extremely happy and highly recommend . Sparkles has become family to us.

We have our infant son at Sparkles. He is a 31-week premie, so its super important to work on things developmentally. The ladies in Infant 1, Ms. Nina, Erika, Zoraydo, and Sabrina are wonderful to our son and give him plenty of 1on1 time!

I love all of the teachers in the Toddler’s classroom (Lupe, Maria, Yiesy, Yenys, Geniyah), as well as the administration (Ms. Garlene) and the rest of the Sparkles staff! From the first day that my little joined that classroom we could see the positive changes in him. He has so much fun, he learns a lot, and it is obvious how much his teachers care for him. They all seem to really love what they do! And I have been exceptionally grateful this year that Sparkles has remained open throughout the entire pandemic. Thank you!

Sparkles, Sparkles, Sparkles…Oh how I love Sparkles! My daughter has been attending Sparkles of Arlington for a year now, and she loves it.I was a bit spectacle at first taking her to a childcare center because she was home with me for 9 months. However..., she started in the Infant I class for 2 weeks than quickly progressed to the Infant II class where she began to have a ball.Now, she’s in the Toddler class where she’s having a thrill. Ms. Lupe (Lead Teacher also the mother away from home) is so compassionate and attentive to my child; my daughter adores here wholeheartedly.Then there’s Ms. Maria - who is phenomenal. She does a great job ensuring my child participates in all activities, to include, eating haha.Next, is Ms. Yeisy. Ms. Yeisy is dependable and free-spirited. She is always there ensuring my that child enjoys herself every minute of the day. We also have Ms. Yenys. Ms. Yenys is very humble, patient and interactive with my child - gentle as a blue bird. There’s been countless times where my child was the last kid in her class for pickup, and Ms. Yenys is always there entertaining my child with a joyful heart, not bothered. Bless her heart.Last, we have Ms. Geniyah. Ms. Geniyah (Lead Teacher as well) is one of the new teachers. My daughter appreciates her. Ms. Geniyah ensures the class has order/organized as well as anticipating my child’s needs’.So, thanks to all of the teachers at Sparkles of Arlington.Nonetheless, the center is not a babysitting service. It’s more like a junior baby’s academy, learning throughout the day with many hands-on experiences. My child has developed marvelously over the past year; I am looking forward to her continual learning milestones while at Sparkles.Special thanks to all staff, esp. Ms. Garlene (Director), Ms. Lupe (Lead Teacher), and Ms. Maria (Teacher) during the early stages of the pandemic.…can’t forget the app. with video monitoring. That also gives me confidence day-to-day. Thanks again team.

My son has been with Sparkles since about 4 months now: he loves it! As he’s in the baby area, I can only speak for how it is there.Every teacher has 3 babies but helps out with any of the other teachers babies too. They are very personal and really care for “their” babies. They check in, when we don’t bring him in due to illness and are genuinely interested and concerned - the more happy they are, when he comes back! Lots of cuddles guaranteed.When I started daycare, I had no idea how much and often he’d feed: I’m breastfeeding on demand. They gave me great recommendations and we worked out a perfect amount together. Every time there’s a change (he transitioned to solids), we work on it together again. They really make an effort!The app they use to update me on food, potty, sleep, and pictures is great. Messages are replied to in less than 3 minutes.They also offer a camera subscription where you can watch your baby all day long. It gives me a lot of security that my baby and others are treated well.The center director has 5 children of her own - this shows as she’s really attentive and checks in every kids area multiple times a day. Any kind of issue that might arise in the center, she attends to it immediately.I’m very happy here and will send my second child here too.

I had to move my daughter to this school very quickly after an incident at her previous one. From the beginning, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I have seen my daughters growth both socially and academically and it is all due to the excellent teachers and assistants Sparkles provides for the children. She is so happy with the school that she cried when we had to leave after our preliminary school visit. She has been excited to go to school every day since!!! I truly appreciate the care and teaching Sparkles has provided and recommend it to everyone.

This Center has a great environment for children and Im in love with their big wide windows.
