Master Colin is great with my energetic 6 year old and the rest of the class. Discipline, attention, doing your best are strong values being taught weekly in his little ninjas class.Their COVID-19 response and communication/policyevery since had been stellar.

Initially signed up for a month long women’s boot camp in May and haven’t stopped since! Not only have I seen results from the workouts but I am also learning self defense techniques which are extremely useful in my line of work as a real estate agent. Both Colin and Dustin are extremely knowledgeable and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Mission Martial Arts!

An amazing gym with even more amazing coaches! Fun and easy to work with. The gym environment is friendly and welcoming to everyone. They have different classes, and even starting with no experience, they work with you even at a beginners level and help build your confidence and technique. Recommend 10/10!

Master Colin and coach Dustin are amazing with the kids! They keep them in line but also have a great understanding of the kids developmental stages and ability. My son loves little ninjas and is gaining confidence and courage through the class.

This is an AWESOME place for kids and adults. Master Colin has a lot of knowledge to share. Also Master Colin is great with the kids. My kids enjoy going and can’t wait to go back each week. This place has a lot of good classes to introduce any age to martial arts. As well as a awesome Boxing and Muay thai with Coach Dustin.

If your child(ren) are shy, like our son was, they will love the environment presented to them to drive them out of their shells. We started three years ago and couldn’t be more impressed with the way Master Colin and coach Dustin were able to build the self confidence in our son. In fact, it’s gone so well that our daughter, yes our daughter takes boxing there. They work with kids and adults of all ages to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to defend themselves should it be presented to them in life.

This is an awesome martial arts studio serving children and adults, featuring Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Muay Thai, Gym Ninjas (combined martial arts and gymnastics) and Fight Fit programs.My children are in the Tae Kwon Do program and I train Boxing, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do here as well.Master Colin Cook and Coach Dustin Groff are both excellent instructors, awesome with kids and just a pleasure to work with!
