My chair became uncomfortable, and I really needed a new chair. Not only did I find a great chair, but Jeff, one of the employees, was amazing help, and was very kind to me. I absolutely recommend Office Depot

With everything going on in the world right now I am seeing more kindness. I was looking for a printer cable and everywhere else has been sold out due to more people working from home. My Wife and I visited on Monday and we were looking for a last minute gift for our son we could not find anywhere else and they had it after searching all over town & the internet and not only did they have the chair we had been searching for but Sam the Customer Service Rep had price matched said chair even saved us $80 on the price match. I asked bout 7 other people at different stores a technical question that no one could seem to give me a solution to. I saw an employee and figured i would give it another shot... Joe was his name. I made sure to write it down and told him I would write this review to make sure it was clear how much I appreciated his knowledge. Not only did I get the solution to my problems but he showed me various ways to go about it. 3 diffrent ways at 3 diffrent ease/price levels. They were a little light staffed at this location but they were pulling it off with ease. All i even walked in for was to have a blueprint printed and in those 2 minuites that took, had a 3 week long issue solved. Thank you Joe. Hope your boss sees this!

Will never go back to this store again, first off the lady at the counter had to ask the manager everything. When helping me she left to help someone else and did not return to print the documents, the customer had to speak to a manager which she just stood that and did nothing. The manager was rude, the woman helping us was incompetent.

I was having comfort problems with a Serta chair and low and behold Alex (A senior sales consultant explained my plight toGregg the manager. They had me bring the defective chair and my receipt into the store and happily exchanged it for a different model. These two gentleman handled the situation promptly, professionally and leaving me to feel like my business was very important to them and the company. I highly recommend this store for all your needs and congratulate Office Depot/Office Max for employing such fine knowledgeable gentlemen! Theyre surely a credit to your company. Thankful theyre there. The first place to go to get the essential things we need for school. They had the binders we couldnt find anywhere else. My kids are hard on them and we end up getting another binder mid school year. They offered, for a handful of change, a warranty to replace the binder if it breaks. Awesome!

They always have what I need and everyone is so friendly. I had a big final project to turn in. I put in my final changes and sent the document to my printer. Halfway the printer ran out of ink. I saved the document to a flash drive and they were able to load the document and print/bind it! I got an A on my final thanks to them.

They told me they could get something printed by the end of the day and didnt do it. When I called the said sorry there is nothing we can do for you and were to busy to cancel the order. WTH!!? Its simple to me. Dont promise something if you cant do it. If you cant do it then dont tell me you cant cancel my order. Oh.. its for a memorial service for a kid tomorrow.

I love their pottery i love to paint it calms me down its relaxing and it inspires me to go on with my life,i love the paintings that decorate the bathroom and the whole place,i love the tore the manager gave me on how they do the pottery and how the process of the glazing works,the manager is so nice,they have so many inspirations that you can pick and paint from i love how she said to pick out your sculpture and find a seat and ill give you the derections on the pottery ive probably been going there since i was 4 or 5 thats all i have to say about this wonderful place
