We had a fantastic experience with Chef Maya and Chef Chris. They take the time to do everything right. To make sure you understand everything, and why, and to make sure the dishes turn out perfectly. The food is amazing. What a great experience! A wonderful blend of culinary and cultural learning. The class flowed really smoothly and was well-organized and a total delight thanks to Maya and Chris. The recipes were delicious. The best ceviche I have ever tasted! Highly recommend.

Taste of Peru cooking school was educational, hands on and so much FUN! Chef Maya does an amazing job creating an experience. She is a superb teacher and an excellent chef. The couples class was an extra special date night for us. We will definitely return.

Im not much of a cook but I learned how to make some really tasty food here! Really nice people and very well done class.
