I’m very pleased with American Dream Real Estate School! I started my class on Feb 26, passed my test in about 2 months on April 28. As a foreigner, I was a little worried about my English before my class started, but Kathy’s audio classes were THE best and very easy to understand. I loved her energy, positive vibes and sense of humor. Her knowledge, experience, and business understanding helped me a lot! Kathy and her assistant are amazing in every single way, I went to a previous school the difference between that school and Kathy’s is unbelievable , there is no comparison. With the previous school no matter I would not of been able to pass! The structure of the program is awesome step by step , the content is not challenging or difficult to understand, all the content was current. American Dream Real Estate School provided the education, tools and resources I needed to successfully pass the National and CO State exams first try! I found Kathy Mackay to be a very effective teacher and enjoyed her use of stories to make the vocabulary and content stick. The pace is intense, but doable and well worth it to complete the course is a short period of time. This was a great experience, and well worth the commitment and effort!

Such an awesome school for all of your real estate educational needs! I did the six week course with Ray as my instructor and passed my exam a week later!The course material is easy to use and there is a plethora of resources they offer including audio recordings of the lessons that you can listen to while driving. It is a lot of information to digest but you can tell the entire team at American dream real estate school our seasoned professionals!They were always available when I had questions and happy to help with my technological needs.I would absolutely recommend the school to anybody pursuing a career in real estate!

This is a great school to get your real-estate license through. The teacher was awesome and I past the test on the first try. They got me fully prepared for what I needed to know to start my new career in real-estate!

I had originally taken it in person last summer but never got around to testing because Im going through my undergrad and just got too busy.This summer I decided to follow up and retake the course. Kathys class was straight to the point. I personally enjoyed it with the humor and real life examples that she provided. This isnt your cliche style of schooling. Kathy got to to the material facts that you need and didnt waste time. Even with COVID going on the class went exceptionally well for being online. Kathy also allowed me to go back into other sessions while I was waiting for my testing date which was very beneficial for me. On top of that she was very quick in response times. She truly wants everyone to succeed but its each individuals work ethic that plays a role in passing.I think this is a great program for anyone interested in becoming an Real Estate agent. Thank you Kathy and everyone else involved in the American Dream Real Estate school!

I was able to join the class last minute and boy was I glad. Sign up was easy and client service was excellent. I found the instructor to be personable, engaging and thoroughly knowledgeable - even though it was a Zoom call! She got us through a lot of material . And the content was spot-on. I passed my real-estate exam right after! I highly recommend them.

I was impressed with American Dream Real Estate School. They were supportive and helpful throughout the online experience. Kathy shared several real life examples from the world of real estate in Colorado. I recommend this program to anyone interested in the pursuit of a career in real estate.Advice; spend more time to studying for the Colorado Exam. Its much more challenging to pass than the National Exam.In addition to the required reading for the course, I read Ninja Selling by Larry Kendall. I enjoyed this book, because it outlined many real life examples of real estate transactions and provided many strategies to help me when I get started in the business.Thank you Kathy!

I did the in-class crash course in Edwards with Sarah. I think the teachers and creators of the program did a great job with providing us with the information we NEED to know for the test as well as the information we NEED to know for our careers.The online quizzes and questions are made to really make you understand the material, and I am so grateful for ADRES School’s program. I made the right decision to go with ADRES. Although I didnt take any live classes, and learned a good amount of information and understanding by listening to the audio classes that Kathy taped. It was a good way to reinforce the material that you read in the study guides. Good luck to everyone getting their license.

Really enjoyed my online experience with American Dream RES. Listening to the audio classes, following the pacing schedule and taking ALL of the quizzes (multiple times) I was able to pass both state and national tests on the first try. Thank you for a very valuable experience!

First, I would like to say that I generally do not leave reviews but Kathy Mackay with American Dream Real Estate School was remarkable beyond expectation to work with. Her patience, communication and uncanny ability to be thorough and precise in her teachings is something unlike anything I have experienced. My particular situation of having to work, raise my kids and do real estate school at the same time became stressful and filled with various pressures. Then Covid-19 shows up, Kathy without hesitation, and without skipping one professional beat offers ZOOM classes and extends her patience to all of the class, reassuring us that we will get through this, one way or another!!
