Walking in there are no carts in sight. I have a 1.5 year old. Am I supposed to just let her walk around? Which I eventually did but then now is grabbing everything. She did pretty well, overall. Just gave her 2 toys (that I bought) to keep her hands full. This store was busy, reason there were not enough carts, I’m assuming. Going to check out, there are TWO registers with their lights on and one without which is the one that I was waiting at, hoping I’m not told she is closed. Common sense like you do at any other store you go to the register you feel like you’re going to be able to check out the fastest. I saw one register with one customer who was about done checking out, so I move over. I’m assuming the cashier who was at this register to be the manager or supervisor, tells me “you have to wait to be called!” Like we’re at the DMV??!! Like, for what? Make a single lane then and call people up from there. You know, like Ross!! She even had the audacity to have one of the other employees announce that there is a single lane. She never did 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Don’t enforce something that clearly isn’t going to work if you are not set up for it. These stores are small as it is.

This used to be the best DT ever, anywhere. Today I find them closed at 17:40, without much as a Sharpied looseleaf on the door. Screw Dollar Plus, management needs to focus on regaining control and restoration of trust on a regional level.

What’s happened to the store? I’ve gone several times over the last few weeks and you’ve been closed? There aren’t any signs on the doors…will it be opening soon?

This Dollar Tree is stocked & even had some items I had ordered online 4 more $! So saved $ at Dollar Tree! Cute socks, great containers to organize my house. I found 28 great deals & went in for several small craft jars. The gal that checked me out was very friendly & was wearing her mask properly!

Rude cashier, Angie belittles her customers and walks away from them. I did not feel welcome at all and will not be back. There is a five below in this shopping center and I would recommend it. The jovial atmosphere is wonderful.

Always well stocked. You never know what you will find! Use a cart, you will need it!

Don’t know the managers name but if she stayed from outside smoking cigarettes she could probably move her lines this place is always packed but no one is ever cashiering you are guaranteed too wait at least 10 to 15 mins in line 5 mins if your lucky!

Cashier helping with overflow was rude in the extreme. Not the older lady she was sweet but the other younger one has lost all my buissnes and that of my work place as we would get all of our office supplies here.

Lon is very rude to me weekly as I visit here. Not exactly in a direct way but I condescending and manipulative waysThis is over the 3rd time this month hes over charged me. If you end up in his line BECAREFUL. Pretty sure he purposely makes the register do the incorrect thing to waste time. Looks to old to work honestly retire him.

The Dollar Tree is a great place to get a lot of things for a dollar or less that would cost much more at even a Walmart store. I was able to pick up Valentine cards, a few groceries and office supplies today. They also carry candy for each holiday plus party items, fake flowers, hygiene products, cleaning products and much more. Its a great place to pick up school supplies, kitchen items and some office supplies cheaper too.I highly recommend checking out a Dollar Tree store close to wherever you live.

Extremely slow check out. 2 cashiers,, manager in office. 1 * for having my product, 2 * for the cashier being friendly under extreme stress. Manager minus 2! Manager did announce toy drive for veterans. Manager should be able to multitask, and have better control over store functionally more smoothly. Maybe a training issue? Or new?

This Dollar Tree in Arvada by the Sams club was the best stocked Dollar Tree I have ever been to. The isles were also kept very neat. They had a lot of food products that I dont see in other Dollar Trees. Like a dozen eggs.

Went to the dollar store the other day for the 1st time in years to get some prizes for an activity at the nursing home I work at. I was extremely impressed with the selection and the quality of the products available and everything really was a dollar. It was also much cleaner than I expected! I will definitely be going back more often now.

I was next in line for a girlfriend and a customer was trying to do a return and giving the poor Clerk a hard time. Waited 5 minutes before they opened up another line now theres 6 people behind me. They did not Go in order so now I am last in line. My grandson wanted a toy from one of your gumball machines. But I didnt have two quarters. So back in line to get to quarters. Gave them to my grandson only to find out the machine doesnt work. I do realize these problems are probably not under your control but it still made for a bad experience.

Friendly staff and things seems stocked most of the time. I have seen a couple times staff go out of the way to help people. The store is fairly clean, and was a pleasure to shop in.

Went in at about 8:45pm. I literally was going to spend 5 minutes in there. The lady working was so rude, kicking everyone out. I have never had an experience like that before. She was awful! Telling customers she wants to go home and that they need to leave! She should not be working in customer service.

Well-stocked. It was very messy, with boxes all over the floor and the carpet needed a good vacuuming. But most dollar stores are like that anyway.

This place has a little of anything at only one dollar, great place to take the kids on the cheap, I put a 5 item limit and they all love it.

I came in today to get a few items and when I went to check out the guy told me their credit card machine wasnt working. Thats totally fine. The person in front of me had a ton of items so I put my things on the belt behind them and ran to my car to get cash. When I came back in (35 seconds later) the guy had removed my stuff from the belt. Not only did this upset other customers but yall have lost my respect and business for good. My family and friends will never be back in the foreseeable future.

The soda machine was so nasty like it hadnt been cleaned in months and on top of it the co2 was completely out and even after letting one out of the 3 girls that were working know about the issue we still never got soda with our sandwhiches. The food was ok and fresh at least so cant complain to much lol

What does one dollar buy? In this day and age nothing much. Just go down to any coffee shop and be prepared to shell out around $5 just for a small cupa joe. Dollar tree stores doesnt see it that way. Walk in here and you can pretty much find, well, a whole store full of things for just $1. I like coming here for the multitude of household items that are just as good as and sometimes the exact same thing as what can be found in another store for 3 to 4 times the cost. Why spend $4 for a toilet bowl cleaner at one place when you can get the same amount and same cleaning ability here for only $1. Every time Ive come here, the store is clean and brightly lit with stocked shelves and friendly employees. doesnt really make sense to go anywhere else.
