A fantastic MMA academy for yourself and for your children. All three of my children have been there for years. My two oldest achieved their Black Belts and my youngest continues her journey while being a Senior Red Belt at this time. The instructors, the owner, and especially the manager are amazing individuals who go above and beyond for you and your family. I would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome place for kids to grow in character, get great exercise, & learn how to protect themselves. They are extremely thorough & give so much value in what they teach. Joe is amazing- so helpful, kind & professional. Highly recommend this place.

I have been here for 3 months and it has been a great challenge. I started this journey to lose some weight and get in better shape, but it has turned into loving the art form and my desire to perfect it. The instructors are fantastic, always willing to take the time to help you out. My classmates are great, they always have a helping hand out when I need it. Overall the environment fosters not only good health but self-esteem, discipline and respect.

My 5 year old daughter just had her first class. In her own words, It... was...awesome!! She was very nervous but the instructors were attentive and welcoming and now she cant wait to go back 😄 Were looking forward to watching her develop all the wonderful skills that the studio promotes.

We are very happy to be part of Mr. Colins class. Our son is learning about discipline as well as martial arts. We love how in order to graduate to the next class, his teacher in school need to fill out a report as well as us (the parents). Thank you to all of the his teachers :)

Highly recommend Adults and Kids attending this wonderful place. They have the greatest instructors and teach not just Martial Arts, but the discipline and respect for others. My daughter Jillian loves going each and every time. Sifu Ganguly, Mr. Joe, Mr Colin and Miss Jackie are incredible.

They are extremely welcoming and helpful to new students. My 4 year old nephew has been going for a month now and I am very impressed with how they work with the kids. I have never seen my nephew so attentive and focused.

My daughter has been attending Gangulys Mixed Martial Arts for over a year. In addition to self defense, they teach respect and confidence. You dont have to BE the best, you just have to do YOUR best. That is something repeated by the instructors, who are the ones that make the Dojo such a special place. Kids learn at their own pace, with Mr. Colin and Mr. Bill providing encouragement, patience and genuine interest in their progress. The entire staff is friendly and happy; you always see smiles. They are truly dedicated to helping each child succeed in martial arts. The Dojo has a warm, inclusive atmosphere for all. Would give Gangulys 10 stars if I could!

The instructors Master Joe and Master Collin are the BEST! They know how to work with children and make it fun while learning the art of Martial Arts. This is a place where the kids want to keep coming to learn.

By far the best experience available anywhere in NJ for kids MMA. Master Ganguly, Colin, Joe and Co. are phenomenal leaders and mentors for children. I have never been more pleased by an extracurricular activity than I am with Gangulys MMA. The lessons learned and discipline instilled in the kids through their unique program help to provide confidence and obedience in the children. The family atmosphere they have developed is World Class and if thats not enough they help you and your children to understand the value of giving to others who are in need. Great place for kids, and a better place for adults! love the variety of classes i can take, BJJ, MMA and Muy Tai, as well as Strength and conditioning sessions. The team of instructors BJ, Joe, Colin and William are fantastic as teachers and motivators. its the most motivated i have been to work out as an adult!
