He breakdowns myths versus facts and brings you thru real life situations step by step training you mentally & physically to be on alert react know how to follow thru.This program is great for all ages & genders my daughters boyfriend was able to join us and really feels he has focused ways to react if needed.The day after there was a news story of a young couple being attacked while on a hike.
