Matt runs wonderful classes for real estate professionals. I took my pre-licensing classes from another company in town (Asheville), and was very disappointed with the instruction and company as a whole. Sky Land Real Estate was/is a breath of fresh air in comparison. Matt Allen is the primary instructor and director of the education programming by LOTSAR (Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®). Matt is engaging, organized, and a fount of knowledge about real estate. Hes warm and inviting - understanding about conflicts, and I would take a class from him any day.I believe the previous 1-star google review for this real estate school was in reference to Skyline School of Real Estate. Sky Land School of Real Estate advertises their classes, but not to an overwhelming extent. And, they bring in a wide array of educational programming free to LOTSAR members. Other programming, such as pre- and post-licensing are offered at competitive prices regionally.Give them a try!
