My mom and i had an appointment today at 9:15, nobody showed up. there were others waiting in the parking lot. i’m not sure if they had a two hour delay, but not very professional to not call the clients.

I love this place! I started coming to get my hair cut & colored when I lost my 3rd stylist at a local salon and have never regretted the move. The students are enthusiastic and well supervised and a lot of fun. I like to do different things with my hair and the 3 students I have had have been eager to try new ideas, colors and techniques. I am especially enjoying my current stylist student, Kari. Shes confident, competent and is ready to run with any suggestions I might have. Thank you Elite!

My sister is attending this school and she loves it. She loves the instructors and the Administrator is wonderful to her and helped her with her financial aid. I’ve been here many times to get my hair cut, it’s a nice place. People should be ashamed of putting lies on here about the school. I think they don’t have what it takes to make it through the course. I know one of them and she’s nothing but drama and trouble. No one paid me to put this review on by the way.

Thank you thank you and thank you again for everything! Loved my experience with the school. Every school has plus and minuses about them. It was tough for me but I worked hard and made it through. The staff helped me to reach my goal and I now own my own business!

School was never my thing but I like the beauty field. So I tried it and fell in love with everything about it. This school helped me get the things I needed to start a good career for my kids. My teachers were always caring and worked extra with me if I needed them to.

I owe everything I know to Elite. I was able to go from a jr stylist to a manager in only 2 months at the salon I work at because of all I learned at Elite. They teach you more than they need to. It’s a great school.

Graduated a few years ago and am enjoying my career- saw that these students wrote horrible things and it made my heart hurt as I owe Elite my life as I can now support my family- such a shame! Received a top notch education!

I am a grad of this school and I have had a great experience- I am working in my career and very happy with my choice to attend Elite. I wouldnt be in my career without them!

I attended this school because it was close and convenient. The pricing compared to other schools I looked at was ok. The challenge Ive always had is taking tests because I am more of a do-er The teachers at this school really helped me and took the extra time to guide me anytime I didnt understand something and it really helped me out. I cant speak for others but my experience was good.

I’m currently attending this school for the “esthetics program” if I could give this school a negative star review I would. Started this program oct 29 and have been in a conference room from start. Our work books have been our “instructor” we started off with one and she was absolutely terrible and had no idea what the hell she was doing. She was always on her phone and had us copy and paste what we read in the book into our work book for 6 hours a day 5 days a week, with a 20 min lunch. 🙄 She ended up being terminated... The following week we had NO instructor and were told it would be taken care of... Never was. Going one week TWO we are still without an instructor. We call and text the director of the program and she ignores our messages, literally not one response back.. we asked for the owners phone number and they refuse to give us his contact information, and they dont know when we will have an instructor... MIND YOU, we are paying $6300 and its costing US money everyday we dont get the education we are paying for out of pocket. Although the hours and location are so convenient this school is a SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE! Try and find somewhere else that actually has a curriculum and equipment for you to learn from. Every person that has signed up for the Esthetics program has withdrawaled. Oh and the kit was a joke... Not even a pair of tweezers lollllll. BYE ELITE SCHOOL OF DISAPPOINTMENT.

I would not recommend going here for the esthetics program. They will tell you there is all this new equipment and spaces, youre only in the classroom for 3 weeks then youre in the salon working on clients, but it is all a lie. I was in the program for 5 weeks and all we did was book work in a tiny room, 6 hours a day, because they literally had NOTHING for us to do. They had no equipment except waxing supplies on the cosmetologys salon floor. They are just now ordering equipment for the esthetics program. I went to class one Friday and was told there was no esthetics instructor so we would be with the cosmetology instructor. It was just an overall terrible experience. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and not productive. I could have learned more watching YouTube videos. I will be starting a real esthetics course at Aveda. Hopefully it will be a lot more challenging and thought-provoking than Elites so called program. Im appalled people actually thought this program was hard and we didnt have what it takes. This was the easiest class Ive ever taken when it comes to book work. It just the fact that we literally had NOTHING to actually practice on, no actual esthetics instructor (just substitutes), no classroom, and no spa floor like what was promised to us.Also, they apparently are making fake accounts or paying people to write good reviews after the whole esthetics class left bad ones. Shady and illegal on their part. Some of the instructors that WORK there agree with us and said I dont blame you for finding a better school. This is absolutely crazy. Drama and lies is all it is.

I was very disappointed today, walked in the school like I have done many times, lady at front desk acted like I was bothering her....ask for services and was told by appointment only...I did not see that on their web page or on the door, maybe I missed it. I was also told they were only open every other Saturday, didnt see that either. Ive never had an appointment before unless I brought my family from out of town because I liked their services so much. I have alway been greated with a smile and how can I help you and great suggestions ...I told the lady at the desk I had been there many times, no appointment nessary and that I never had any problems with what services I received. ..never going back and its a shame, it used to be a great place for a friendly smile, save a few dollars and leave feeling beautiful!
